This stunning apartment is located in East Nashville and boasts a fantastic location. It is just 1.1 miles from 5 Points and 3 miles from downtown, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Tucked away at the back of our property, this private apartment is situated above a detached garage and comes with its own parking spot and entrance, just steps from the front door. Inside, guests will find a comfortable queen size bed with a memory foam mattress, as well as a pull-out couch that is equally as cozy. The apartment features high ceilings and lots of natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with butcher block counters, and guests can enjoy access to complimentary coffee, cream, sugar, and snacks. Entertainment options include a Smart TV, high speed Wi-Fi, and a selection of books and games.

Guests have complete access to the full apartment, which can be easily accessed from the alley next to the guest parking pad. We are always available to provide assistance, but also respect your privacy. East Nashville is a great location for couples, families, and sightseers, offering a safe, walkable environment with many amazing restaurants, trendy cafes, and shopping options. While we recommend using Lyft or Uber for transportation, there is also a bus stop just a block away, and bikes can be rented in 5 Points.

Very cost, clean well-appointed space. I loved the location as my daughter lives in east and was near her and so many great destinations. Will stay here again!

Great Little East Nash Hideaway

East Nash Hideaway is sweet spot for a Nashville getaway. Great location to walk around East Nashville and a short drive to downtown Nashville. Looks just as wonderful in person as in the photos. It was a perfect location for us while visiting our children who live in Nashville.

Great rental in a great neighborhood

We loved our stay at this property, incredibly quite and secluded. Perfectly sized for 2 travelers. The only minor thing is the windows on the east side have no shades or blackout curtains so we woke up with the sun. Other than that things were perfect.

Very nice apartment above garage. Great east Nash neighborhood . Walked to Shelby Park. A couple blips—WiFi was spotty and though management group was responsive , it continued to be an issue. Ran out of necessities and no back up supplies were on site. Hopefully these downsides will be remedied.

A 5-star experience.

This is a great "garage apartment" in East Nashville...and it is "close to everything." It appeared to be newly renovated. Everything was perfect and clean. The host/management firm was pleasant and prompt with inquires and in all communications. There was no ice maker or ice trays/bin in the frig. However, the host promptly dispatched a representative with a bag of ice...very impressive. They were going to add an ice bin and trays after our stay. The apartment isn't equipped with a dishwasher although "checkout instructions" requested that dirty dishes be placed in the dishwasher...perhaps standard "boiler plate" that should be modified for future guest instructions. All rooms were well designed, furnished, equipped and supplied with top-quality products. East Nash is ideal for a couple exploring Nashville. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property...5 stars! Minor suggestions: Bedroom windows need shades/blinds for privacy and to block out light at night from the alley security light. For safety, level the ground/steps between the driveway and the entrance. Provide sugar/creamer for coffee. Provide an "instructions/information" binder filled with instructions about the property/systems (TV, HVAC, Wi-Fi, contact info, etc.) and information on nearby restaurants, bakeries, coffeeshops, etc. That info can be accessed online, but it's nice to have a quick reference to browse while relaxing on the first day of a visit. Thanks. We'll be back.
