Tucked away on the top floor of a historic building in downtown Nashville, this spacious 2024 buildout includes 4+ bedrooms, 6.5 baths, an open living room & kitchen & dining space overlooking Nissan Stadium and the Cumberland River. An additional upstairs loft features arcade games, pub tables, and another living area space!

Each bedroom is a suite with its own bathroom, brand new KING beds and bedding, and a Smart TV with 85 streaming channels to make you feel right at home.

This newly renovated penthouse loft is located on the 6th floor of a beautiful Printers Alley building. Enjoy incredible views of the heart of Nashville and Nissan Stadium from inside your loft and on your own private rooftop deck!

The loft itself is two floors.
The main level includes a spacious open floor plan with a kitchen, dining and living spaces with a full bath. There are two king bedroom suites with their own bathrooms on this main floor.

The second level offers a fun mezzanine that overlooks the main den/living area and has fantastic views of the Cumberland River and Nissan Stadium as well. This floor offers an additional living area; including a half bathroom, full wet bar with an ice machine and mini fridge and arcade games. You can also find two more king bedroom suites on this floor with their own full bathrooms!

An additional sleeping area can be found off of the main floor (back by the two bedrooms) by following the back stairs to your own private loft furnished with a king bed and private bathroom!
The mezzanine couch is also a sleeper sofa!

Guest's will have access to attached rooftop deck, as well as the communal 6th floor balcony that overlooks Printers Alley (located on the Alley side of the property).

This property is in the heart of downtown Nashville and there is an abundance of nightlife both inside and outside of the property. Although extensive measures were taken to mitigate noise, given the property's location, some noise penetration may still occur at various times. Being on the top floor- occasional noises from the roof may be heard throughout the unit, especially the upstairs bedrooms. We are not responsible for any uncontrolled variables such as noise, private or public events, construction, etc that may be happening at the time of your trip.

All bedrooms in this loft are interior spaces: there are no windows in any of the bedrooms. The den area is well lit from the exterior windows.

Multiple paid parking options, located within 2 blocks of the property, are available. Prices vary from $10-$45 per day.

This place is fantastic! It is big and has everything you would expect and then some. Nice little touches like coffee ready to go in the a.m. Host is responsive in minutes. Best VRBO experienc ever.Stayed there before (and an unplanned after) the ice storm of '26. We had to extend do to the storm. Keiran was over the top responsive and truly kind in letting us extend at a VERY reasonable rate. I cannot say enough thanks to the management.

This is one of the best rental experiences I’ve had in many years of using VRBO. The property management team was proactive, communicative and responsive - typical answers came back in minutes.The property itself was spectacular - very clean, comfortable and well-appointed. There were countless details, from extra charging cords, to a basket of snacks, to make-up wipes for the ladies in our crowd. All of the rooms had comfortable beds, nice towels, tasteful decor. There were 5 bedrooms, each with a full bathroom, and two additional bathrooms. The TVs, couches, kitchen, everything was thoughtfully chosen.The location on Printer’s Alley was excellent as well. Plenty of live music and food nearby, and only a short walk to the main Nashville attractions on Broadway. There is a ton of natural light in the living room and common spaces, and perfect quiet and dark in the bedrooms. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and comfortable outdoor rooftop deck made the large loft feel even more spacious.We were a group of 10, and 10 keys were provided to us. It could not have worked better for 5 couples to spend time together in comfort, celebrating and enjoying the best of Nashville. Cannot recommend this place enough!

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in downtown Nashville, this is it! The penthouse was so clean and furnishings are all modern, cool and so comfortable! The penthouse view and outdoor space was fantastic! Our hostess, Kieran, was so accommodating and friendly. She was always prompt to respond to our questions from the time we booked and right through to check out. (and we had a lot of questions! Haha ! ) The rooms were spacious and beds very so comfy. One of the best aspect was the 3 layers of security to enter the building, elevator and our room. We were located in Printers Alley, just 2 blocks from Broadway! Convenient little market just steps away and we were surrounded by awesome restaurants. Eleven ladies celebrated 25 years of Book Club and every single one of us would go back and stay here in the future! We all rate this a 10/10. Classy. Safe. Amazing place!

Beautiful property located in Printers Alley two blocks approximately off Broadway. Easy checkin & checkout. Celebrated birthdays and Anniversaries with four couples. We were in Loft 601. So spacious, with game room. Hosts engaged throughout our stay. They thought of everything! We made breakfasts in and returned at night to enjoy the beautiful balcony facing Nissan Stadium. Loved our stay, would highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing place!

The apartment was absolutely beautiful—just as described. Check-in was seamless, and there was always someone nearby and available if we needed anything. The unit was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The WiFi was fast and easy to connect to, which made a big difference for our group. The location couldn’t have been better—less than a five-minute walk to Broadway, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops within walking distance.I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with a larger group and looking for a spacious, well-located, and stress-free stay

I looked at many properties and chose this location. Little did I know we would be renting the nicest, most well thought out VRBO I have ever had. From the management company that was more than accommodating and stayed very closely in touch to all of the little things in the property to make our stay even better!
