Studio apartment was absolutely perfect for us. Clean, neat and had everything we needed for a long weekend. Parked our vehicle in the secure lot for the entirety of our stay and walked everywhere! 2 fantastic music venues within 1 and 2 blocks! Absolutely would stay again!

Beautiful, nicely updated kitchen stocked with amenities.The downside 100% is the bathroom, which in fairness the owner DID message me about knowing about it, and I hope that they update the light/fan.The bed was SUPER comfortable and the owners were very forgiving about me checking out 40 minutes late.

The studio was actually perfect for both my boyfriend and I. I loved the inside how it was decorated. Everything was within walking distance and a great pancake place right down the street. Anytime I had any questions the host was quick to answer everytime! Had the best first experience here at Nashville!!!!

Parents 1 Night Getaway

We had 1 night to get away from the kid's. This little condo made it nice for us. We could walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Also Free Gated Parking! Thank you guys for letting us stay in your nice condo.

Right for the right trip

Overall a good stay. We were in town for a business conference. I would say that this is a better spot to crash after enjoying the Nash scene rather than a conference or a relaxing weekend. Pros: Super convenient location, great size for 2 guests, good complex, easy to work with.Cons: Loud HVAC system, uncomfortable bed, bathroom wasnt very clean, tight parking for a larger vehicle.

Fabulous hosts and location

The unit was clean and in the best location. We walked right out the back door to Husk and had an amazing meal. So close to everything downtown and the hosts responded almost immediately to the couple of questions we had. Highly recommend and we plan on returning.

It was a bit confusing at first to come through the touchpad into the initial set of gates. But the video did help quite a bit to find our way to our unit. The remote control to the gate as well as parking passes, were exactly where we were told. Very comfortable, very clean unit. The kitchen was well prepared for any type of meal that one would want to prepare. The unit was also very close to all the activities we wanted to experience in Nashville.
