The kitchen was stocked with basic needs. We did not use the kitchen because our friend was not able to get in house in a wheelchair. My sister, friend, and myself were over 80. The Cozy house was so welcoming and very comfortable Rand was a great host.

Exceptionally clean and welcoming place

We were in town for a wedding at Cherokee Dock and wanted a little more room than a hotel could provide. This place was perfect! Close to everything we could want. Exceptionally clean with comfy beds and plenty of nice plush towels. Rand was great with communication and recommendations. So glad we found this place.

Helped me out of a jam!!

Did not actually stay in the house. I mistakenly booked the house for the wrong nights. When I arrived I found myself without a place to stay. Rand saved my butt. Within thirty minutes he found me another place to be. Could not have be a nicer, more helpful person. Truly appreciated The thoughtfulness on his part. As it happens, we thoroughly enjoyed the house that he sent us to. Kudos.

Relaxing!

We chose this house in Gallatin, about 30 minutes from Nashville for our week long stay. The host left us snacks and outfitted the house with everything we needed. We cooked several meals, finding everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds are soft (which we loved). There are lots of restaurants within a short drive. It was easy to get around and an easy drive in to the city. The neighborhood seems to be older, but quiet. It is near a main road and the traffic can get loud. We normally wear ear plugs, so this was not a problem. The host responded quickly to our needs and was quick to take care of a problem we encountered. He sent us check in info well in advance and answered texts quickly.

Great House, Great Host

I stayed at this property for an extended work trip. The home is exactly at advertised. It was also super clean and the location was perfect. Rand was a fantastic host, very accommodating with great hospitality. I will definitely be booking here again next time I’m in the area.

Perfect in every way!

This charming home provided us a wonderful getaway for Christmas day! The Christmas decorations made it extra special! The home was spotless, the linens luxurious, and the kitchen well-stocked. The location was perfect for us, near family in Gallatin. I can't recommend this home enough!

Cozy Gallatin Stay!

My husband, mother and infant daughter stayed here in Gallatin for a wedding and Rands cozy home was perfect! The place was incredibly clean which is something I really look for when booking on vrbo and this stay exceeded those expectations. I also appreciated that there was a high chair and pack n' play for us to use. Rand was very easy to communicate with and I appreciated all of the extras he included during our stay to make it enjoyable! I would definitely book again if we returned to Gallatin!
