Your Property:

Our guesthouse is a private guest suite above our detached garage. The garage is new construction located in the charm of one of Nashville's most beloved historic neighborhoods.

Inside, you're greeted by a staircase that leads to the high ceiling, open concept space. The sleeping area features a cozy queen sized bed.

The living room features a smart TV and sofa easily converted into a queen sleeper sofa, perfect for additional guests. Unwind with your favorite TV shows, or check your outfits with our full length mirror & space to hang garments!

The kitchenette is equipped for light meal prep and storing snacks or leftovers from nearby local restaurants, and the dining table offers the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a casual meal before heading out to explore the city.

While the guesthouse feels like a quiet hideaway, you'll be steps from the best of 12 South! It's one of Nashville's most Walk-able neighborhoods filled with trendy shops, restaurants, bars, and shopping!

Please note: There is a renter living in the home south of the guest house. You may see them and their dog in the yard! They keep to themselves, but will absolutely say hi! :)

If there are any questions, concerns, or anything to share during your stay, we encourage our guests to reach out DURING the stay, not after. We want to ensure you have a great time in Music City. • Check-in is at 4 pm // Check out is at 10 am. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate to other guests, we cannot guarantee that an early check-in or late check-out request will be accommodated. Please inquire about possible luggage storage options if planning to arrive before 4 pm. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm.

• Be aware, the owner has a pup! When you enter the guesthouse you may occasionally be greeted by cute yellow lab :)

Neighborhood Description:

The house sits between two of the most popular neighborhoods in Nashville:12 South District and Belmont/Hillsboro. Both are full of shops and restaurants. The guest house is also walking distance to Hillsboro Village, Vanderbilt, Belmont University, and only minutes to Lipscomb University, downtown, and all the Nashville tourist attractions.

Getting Around:

ON FOOT
Walk just 5 minutes and find yourself at the beginning of the 12 South District!

RIDESHARE
There are rideshares all over the city from Uber, Lyft, and even Earth Rides (Tesla cars only). They are easy to call anytime day or night. Pro traveler tip: download all apps to your phone so you can compare prices and get the cheapest option!

TAXIS
See the ride share option above, taxis are available however few and far between and can be quite pricey in Nashville. There are so many taxi companies that we really cannot recommend any one over another, and we encourage you to investigate rates and reviews to find one that suits your needs.

MTA BUSES
The MTA (Metro Transit Authority) Buses run all over Metro Nashville and even some surrounding counties. Very reasonable fares and the wide range of routes make the bus a cheap and easily navigable choice for visitors.

NASHVILLE B-CYCLE
Nashville's bicycle sharing program has been a huge success with locals and tourists. Simply walk up to any Nashville B-Cycle station, swipe your credit card, and pick out your red bike!
