The Space
Our guest house is a quaint private guest suite above our detached garage. The accommodations are similar to a nice hotel room in size, but it has added features that make it more like a small apartment! There is a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, free WiFi, a living area with a couch (which pulls out to a queen sofa bed) and chair, a small table to eat a meal, a desk to take care of business, and a bathroom with a shower. This unit also has a small kitchenette to prepare and store small meals, as well as a private entrance that allows you to come and go easily!

Here you will find a quiet retreat that is also right in the middle of it all!. This unit is ideal for both business and pleasure travelers alike and is conveniently located to the bus line, tourist attractions, and the neighborhood is extremely walkable!!

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire property. Prior to your arrival, you will receive a unique keypad code that will serve as your keys to the property. This code is changed each time we have a new guest so it is very secure. It will work for the time of your reservation only.

We are available to help make sure your stay is amazing. If you have any questions or are less than satisfied with any part of your experience, please contact us right away so we can fix any issues you might have.

The Neighborhood
The house sits between two of the most popular neighborhoods in Nashville: 12South District and Belmont/Hillsboro! Both are full of shops and restaurants! The guest house is also within walking distance to Hillsboro Village, Vanderbilt, Belmont University, and only minutes to Lipscomb University, downtown, and all the Nashville tourist attractions.

Getting Around
ON FOOT
Walk just 5 minutes and find yourself at the beginning of the 12 South District!

RIDESHARE
There are rideshares all over the city from Uber, Lyft, and even Earth Rides (Tesla cars only). They are easy to call anytime day or night. Pro traveler tip: download all apps to your phone so you can compare prices and get the cheapest option!

TAXIS
See the ride share option above, taxis are available however few and far between and can be quite pricey in Nashville. There are so many taxi companies that we really cannot recommend any one over another, and we encourage you to investigate rates and reviews to find one that suits your needs.

MTA BUSES
The MTA (Metro Transit Authority) Buses run all over Metro Nashville and even some surrounding counties. Very reasonable fares and a wide range of routes make the bus a cheap and easily navigable choice for visitors.

NASHVILLE B-CYCLE
Nashville's bicycle sharing program has been a huge success with locals and tourists. Simply walk up to any Nashville B-Cycle station, swipe your credit card, and pick out your red bike!

PARKING
Plenty of street parking is available.

Other Things to Note
• No Saturday arrival or departures allowed. We typically will have a 2-night minimum on the weekends. Minimum night stays may fluctuate with certain events and holidays.
• Check-in is at 4 pm // Check out is at 10 am. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate to other guests, we cannot guarantee that an early check-in or late check-out request will be accommodated. Please inquire about possible luggage storage options if planning to arrive before 4 pm. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm.
