This is a newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo. It is perfect for those who want to be in the heart of Nashville's vibrant history, entertainment + local attractions! Located walking distance to the famous Music Row, Hillsborough Village, Belmont University and Vanderbilt University. Only a short Uber drive to the main bar area on Broadway. Comes with FREE Parking and has a washer/dryer right in the condo unit.

ALL ANIMALS MUST be approved in advance of your booking. Don't try to sneak an animal in - we will know! Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds. You must pick up any paste waste left in the yard and throw away in the dumpster. $125 pet fee that must be approved prior to your stay.

Located right next to the famous Music Row, Hillsborough Village, Vanderbilt University and Belmont University! Walking distance to shopping, bars, live music and restaurants. Close to recording studios, labels, publishers - you never know you may see walking around the area. Very safe area! Less than 2.5 miles to the main bar area on Broadway.

No car is needed as the condo is located in a very walkable area and there are plenty of Ubers, Lyfts and Taxis to help you get around. If you choose to bring a car through, the condo rental comes with free parking.

Relaxing condo right next to Belmont and walkable distance to nearby sights. Condo was clean and staging was very pretty. Never had an issue with the dedicated parking, even with a large vehicle. Host provided information well before check in and was very prompt in responding to questions. I would highly recommend this property and host!

Recently stayed at this property for a couples trip. Perfect spot for 2 couples as each have their own room and full bathroom. Great location off strip, cheap uber to broadway. Clean and safe neighborhood. Walkable to Vanderbilt and music row. Unit had all the amenities you need. Check in was easy, and host communicated with us throughout our stay. Gladly stay here again.

The apartment is very beautiful and clean. The beds are comfortable and the corner balcony is great to sit with a cup of coffee in the morning. It is in a great location to visit restaurants or shops. Would definitely stay here again.

Medical "Vacation"

I needed a place to stay after a medical procedure at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and this place was ideal! It was close to the hospital, but also seemed a world away, being tucked back in the neighborhood. So many restaurants and shops are within a walkable distance. The place itself was clean and bright. We will be back!

Excellent Location

The location was excellent! We were able to walk to the Vanderbilt football game as well as a variety of different restaurants and boutiques. Our unit was clean and had everything we needed. The only negative is some of the chairs were not very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay though and would book this unit again.

Clean condo with comfortable beds in great location with short Uber rides to attractions. Suggestion to upgrade your wicker chairs to something more comfortable for adults, otherwise would have rated this 5 stars. Liked the short walks to get meals in the neighborhood.

Ad was not accurate

The overall stay was good. The issues were the following. The ad says the property was a condo when in fact the building had a sign saying it was apartments. This building was frequented by “weekend” inhabitants that made a lot of noise from 2-3 am in the morning. While I understand that can happen, I’d warn adults with kids to be aware of the late night noise before booking here. The supplies (toilet paper, paper towels), were few and we almost had to buy our own. Overall the place was clean and the manager was easy to deal with.

Perfect location

We came in town for a performance at Bridgestone Arena. Our location was so perfect! Much of the restaurants, bars and coffee houses were walkable or other places were only two minutes by Uber/Lyft or cab. Perfect amount of room in the condo. Clean and had everything we needed. We would stay again the next time we come into town!

Nice place, good location

Property was nice, clean, and conveniently located. Communication was good and experience was seamless. Short walk to food and shopping in Belmont/Vanderbilt and short drive to main Nashville attractions. Great affordable accomodations!
