While you're in our sweet 12 South neighborhood, you have to try Urban Grub. They have all kinds of yummy food and the atmosphere is unique. It is one of the original neighborhood establishments. Edley's has great food, fresh off the smoker, if you are wanting to try Nashville barbecue. We provide coffee but go for a cup of morning Joe on your walk in the district. Visit Frothy Monkey , then get your picture made in front of the world famous “I believe In Nashville “ mural.
You need to have brunch at Josephine's if possible. Cool vibe, wonderful food and cocktails. We have great boutique shopping up and down the street. Most are all locally owned and operated.

You can walk to most everything. When venturing downtown, you can use the HOP on HOP off Trolly , Uber, Lyft , we also have bus transit.

We are not responsible for any uncontrolled variables outside of this building such as noise, private or public events, construction, etc that may be happening outside at the time of your trip. This is a multifamily complex whose ownership controls the amenities/common areas and exterior/shared interior spaces.
