THE BEDROOMS, SLEEPS 12. Four bedrooms, and every single one has its own private en-suite bathroom. No lines, no shared showers, even with a full house.
Ground floor: three single beds with en-suite, great for the early-to-bed or late-to-rise crew.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

You`re on the quiet side of the river, minutes from the loud side. The house sits near the Cumberland in North Nashville, about ten minutes from Broadway and the Ryman and just five from Nissan Stadium, close enough on game day to be home before the parking lot empties.

When it`s time to eat well, Germantown is a short drive: Rolf and Daughters, City House, and Henrietta Red anchor one of Nashville`s best dining neighborhoods, and The Pharmacy`s burgers and beer garden are equally close, all within about six minutes.

With I-24 and I-65 right at hand, everything else in the city, from Music Row to the Opry, is 15 to 20 minutes door to door. Stay out of the congestion, keep everything in reach, and come back to the rooftop with the skyline you were just standing under.
