Relax in the living area between outings, or catch up on emails at the laptop-friendly workspace with fast WiFi. The bedroom features a luxurious king bed and a smart TV. The full bathroom has a shower/tub combo and a stone-topped single vanity. You’ll also have the convenience of an in-home washer and dryer.



Enjoy simple city views, elevator access in the building, and on-site garage parking on a first-come, first-served basis (limit one vehicle), with extra street parking available as needed.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for 1 vehicle per unit. Additional street parking is available as needed on a first-come basis. No additional on-site parking beyond what’s described.

• Elevator: There is an elevator in the building. It’s operated and maintained by the building management. While it’s typically available, any maintenance or outages are outside of our control. In case of emergency, please use the stairs.

• Laundry: Washer and dryer are located in the home.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. Please do not bring pets.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Location logistics: You’ll be in Nashville’s West End with major attractions within minutes. Bridgestone Arena is a short drive away, and Bicentennial State Park, Germantown, and the Capitol are easily accessible. Rideshare services like Uber/Lyft are readily available.
