Our neighborhood is very safe and charming with many beloved spots in this flourishing local area of East Nashville. The airport is only about 15 minutes away. There are plenty of Ubers, Lyft and taxis available if you choose not to bring a car. Our condo is in a great location to enjoy all the things that Nashville has to offer!

The place was nice, clean, and quiet. Location was excellent to downtown and surrounding areas. The host was extremely responsive to all my questions. Parking was convenient, but tight fitting. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice condo with a central location. Lot's of parking. Host was friendly and accommodated us with an early check in. The only negative things were very poor water pressure in master bath shower and the wifi was so weak it was unusable.

We enjoyed our stay during CMA Fest. The location is nice and in a safe area. The property was clean and the property manager was very responsive.We will stay here again the next time we need to stay in Nashville.Definitely recommend!

The condo was perfect! Easy to find, private parking, very comfy beds, well appointed, and just the right size for two couples. I absolutely LOVE that both bedrooms had king beds -- that's been hard to find in our travel experience. The condo is a simple, short drive to grocery stores, and Uber drivers were very familiar with the location and quick to arrive, even in the middle of the SEC men's basketball tournament that had the downtown area jam-packed with visitors. The owner was incredibly quick to respond to questions before and during our stay, and their list of recommended places to visit/eat was very helpful. Thanks for making it a fantastic weekend!

There is plenty of parking in the lot. Rooms were all very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The host is wonderfully responsive and promptly helped with every detail. This unit is in a great location with easy access to downtown, as well as plenty of great spots in East Nashville

Great Nashville stay!

We stayed here for a night and wished we could have stayed longer. It was close enough to all of the action, without being right up on it. A quick Uber ride and we were on Broadway! The place was stocked well and we felt safe.
