This was not a house or kitchenette. This was the bottom of somebodyâs house their basement. The family stayed upstairs and we were downstairs. Felt a little bit uncomfortable with somebody being upstairs above us. This did not have a kitchen it was just a bar and had a small refrigerator. No ice machine. They brought you ice when you called them. There was no blinds on the doors so we felt uncomfortable about that. The listing did not say you were in a basement. It made you sound like you had a house to stay in.. They had three big German shepherd dogs, but they were very nice. We did hear the dogs and family upstairs we could hear them talking upstairs and we did hear the dogs barking and you could hear the dogs walking on the floor upstairs. The family was very nice people. This is not what we expected to rent. This was a trip for me and my sister we usually cook our own meals. Thank God we went to see the place before we went to the grocery store or we wouldâve wasted a bunch of money because the refrigerator was not big enough to put a lot of food in. But I can say the family was very nice and it was very clean.
