Great place. But did not realize the door codes change daily and my phone died and fortunately we had our vehicle keys with a charger so we could charge it enough to get new codes. Almost a bad experience

Had the best time with friends but some improvements could be made. Keurig was not exactly user friendly when trying to use refillable KCup from home. None of us thought it was necessary to have a new door code for every day.

18th Birthday Weekend

This is not a "family" property. Sleeps 8, but two beds are located in a dressed up utility closet with no foot. The toilets are loose and one is being leveled with wooden shims. There are only 3 chairs at the table. The couch was rock hard and hardly sat 4 people comfortably. The kitchen was stocked to meet minimum requirements. We were provided with exactly 8 towels for 8 guests over 4 days, with no laundry facilities. The listing states some places are within walking distance, however this neighborhood does not feel safe to walk. There are NO lobby amenities such as ice or vending machines. Although the decor is nice, this is a 3.5 star hotel suite at best. As a family, we choose VRBO over hotels so that we can enjoy our downtime comfortably. This was not it. On Saturday, customer service responded when we contacted them about the broken garbage disposal, but couldn't send someone to fix it until Monday. I was a little concern when customer service was unsure how to respond when our nephews were stuck in the elevator. Thankfully, help responded to the alarm button inside the elevator. While the location wasn't the worst hotel we've ever had, it definitely fell short compared to our previous VRBO bookings. no laundry facility

Nice place But.....

Nice clean place in a decent locoation. Their Check in process is ridiculous. You get the door codes exactly at 4pm to access the front doors of the property. This is all good unless the code process is corrupted. We had to spend 45 minutes on the sidewalk texting and calling the property management to get a new set of codes that worked. These codes reset every night making it a pain to get the new access codes every day. This is owned by a large corporation so no property manager that can be accessed quickly for issues. They really need to update their codes to the latch app and not their vacasa app to make this process seamless. Also give people the codes a few hours ahead of time so tenants can make sure they have them when on the way to the property.

We stayed the wknd and had a very good time. Everything was clean and in working condition. Convenient and in walking distance to Nissan stadium, and Broadway. Would definitely rent this spot again.

Great Weekend in a Fun Location

We rented this property because it was an East Nashville, and we wanted to check out the local areas. Arrival was easy at the apartment and check-in was not a problem. The apartment was clean, and as described. There are not a lot of supplies in the kitchen, but that was not an issue for us because we did not plan to cook. If you did, you would probably not have what you needed. The apartment was clean and comfortable, in the building was fairly quiet. Only other complaint is that the toilets did not really flush well, and I don’t know if that was a problem with the toilets in this apartment or an issue with water pressure in Nashville. Nothing else was broken or not working. The location was great, it was only a five minute Uber ride over to downtown. You could also easily walk to the five points area in about five minutes, and there were a lot of really great restaurants and bars over there. I would definitely stay again and recommend this apartment.
