Rooftop Vibes - TWO rooftops, each with their own unique design:
Rooftop #1 - My Roman Empire: Relax on plush, oversized lounge chairs that each provide a view of downtown. Enjoy the lux draping in the daytime, and turn on the neon/patio lights for a fun vibe in the evening.

Rooftop #2: Tiki Bar: Complete with lounge chairs, astroturf, and a life-size palm tree, this space is perfect to lay out during the day and get some sunlight. Turn the lights on at night to create the perfect space to mix some drinks in and enjoy the views.

Comfortable Bedrooms:
FOUR en-suite bedrooms with spa-like bathrooms. ALL the beds are brand new, cooling gel memory foam mattresses to ensure max comfort while you are here. Each bed has a mix of plush, oversized pillows + firmer memory foam pillows, so you always have your pillow of choice to get a good nights sleep with. Each full bathroom has a spa-worthy, walk in shower with provided essential amenities.

Getting ready?
Calling all bachelorette parties and wedding groups, this is THE space for you!
☀ Vanity Stations: There are FIVE getting-ready stations, each complete with their own individual countertop, adjustable velvet stool, mirror, and overhead lighting. Perfect for the guys or girls that like their own space to get ready and spread their stuff out.
☀ Dressing Rooms: There are 2 dressing rooms, each complete with 360-degree full-body mirrors, curtain entrances, and vibey decor to add to the experience. Perfect to get changed in, and then make your grand ~dramatic~ reveal to your friends and family. There's also space to hang your special outfit and display your shoes, so its perfect for some photo-worthy moments.

Kitchen + Living Room:
A full kitchen with two sinks, a large center island, microwave, Keurig, coffee pot, fridge/freezer with an ice maker, Brita water pitcher, and a gas stove.
☀ Coffee Bar: I provide a starter set of K cups/coffee grounds, tea bags, and a large assortment of sugars and creamers to make your first morning here as comfortable as possible.
☀ Cooking Essentials: Plate and bowl sets for 12+, pot set, pan set, baking sheets, cutting boards, knife block, spatulas/serving spoons set, can opener, wine opener, cups/measuring spoons set, oven mitts, + hot plates are all supplied to ensure you have everything you need to cook a meal with your friends/family here.
☀ Drinks! Enough mugs, water glasses, and cocktail glasses to serve 12+ of each. There is also a cocktail mixing set for you to use and impress your guests with. I also provide a surprise bottle that's waiting for you upon your arrival ;)
☀Private Balcony off the living room - so you can sip your coffee and enjoy the fresh air
☀ Smart TV mounted so you can watch from both the kitchen and the living room, and you can sync your phone to it to play music/Youtube
☀ Giant, memory foam and velvet couch + oversized accent chairs to provide comfy seating for your entire group (or nap space). The couch cushions can be lifted up for storage, where you can find cozy throw blankets, board games, and a karaoke mic.
☀ Vaulted ceilings with floor to ceiling windows to provide the best natural lighting

Parking:
Parking around Nashville is usually $40 a day (yikes, right). This property offers a 2 car garage AND 2 spaces in the driveway so your whole group can park for free and safely. There is also free, limited street parking available. Because of the property's central location, you will have no problem getting affordable Ubers/Lyfts. ***Garage has some furniture in it at the moment, so 2 small cars/1 XL car will fit

Internet:
High speed, Google Fiber internet is provided. Each floor has a sign with the WiFi info, so you will have no problems connecting your devices.

Security + Privacy: For extra comfort and peace of mind, I provide the following:

☀ Coded deadbolt with unique passcode for each group
☀ Security door brace provided for front door

Art + Style: Photoworthy!
Enjoy a mix of art-deco and neoclassical design to feel like luxury. You won't find another place designed with as much intention and comfort as this one.
☀ Many of the art pieces have been handmade [ by me! :) ] and the ornate mirrors have all been thrifted.
☀ Each piece of furniture was hand-selected for the space its in, so you won't find generic or cheap pieces here.
☀ Photoworthy - Each room has lots of natural lighting and is designed differently so you can capture all the moments and have lots of options for photos.
