To keep the hot tub in top condition and avoid malfunction, please agree to the following before booking:
- Always keep the lid on when not in use. During summer, you may leave lid off at night, ONLY when sun is not out. This will help with cooling.
- Maintain temperature between 96-98°F.
- Do not turn off the breaker at any time.
Failure to follow these rules may result in an additional fee.

Hot Tub Servicing Notes – Our hot tub is professionally serviced before every stay. For long stays, we will reach out to arrange an extra cleaning as needed.

Liability Waiver:
You understand that swimming and use of Spa/Hot tub/Jacuzzi is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming and use of Spa. Ensure the pool and tub safety covers are secured and locked when not in use. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming and may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming and if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. Definitely a 5 star stay! Communication with the host was seamless, Hayley was accommodating with early check-in and other needs. The house itself was big, beautiful and stocked full of all the general needs. The location was perfect; a quick walk to the Gulch and a short uber to Broadway. Would stay again and highly recommend!

Mix feelings about our stay. The place itself is spacious, laid out very well, had a very nice size kitchen that opens up in to the family room and has bedrooms on each of the three floors which creates good separation/privacy. The location of the property is convenient to most of what Nashville has to offer and is walkable to The Gulch. & Music Row. It will require ride share to get to most other places. The host was super responsive.The primary downside of the property is the odor. As soon as we entered the property, their was an odor that we couldn't fully make out what it was. When we got home, our clothes smelled a little like smoke so we believe the odor may have been smoke. Either way, they really need to find a way to remove the odor from the home unless it's in the walls/floors which will make it more difficult to remove. As well, there is a large property being developed adjacent to the building this property resides in. Thankfully, there was no noise that impacted our stay, however, it is a bit of a construction zone in the area next to the property whereby there is no sidewalk in one area. Lastly, the ride share pick up is on 12th avenue south so if you do plan to stay here I'd recommend asking the host for another address to use to meet your ride share. 12th avenue south can be busy at times and it's safer to pick up your ride share at a different address possibly an address in the back of the building where the garage is located.

This is a very nice home with lots of room. I appreciated how well stocked the home was too (which I find rare). The rooftop with the hot tub was also great. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe. Haley was very quick to respond with any questions I had.

We had a wonderful stay at your place. The only issue was the hot tub service technician entered the house unannounced and surprised one of our female guests. That was NOT cool.
