Step inside our beautifully decorated unit boasting quirky decor and three spacious bedrooms, with one and a half baths. Every inch of our property is adorned with attention to detail, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere that will make you feel right at home. The highlight of our rental is the extremely spacious backyard, providing the perfect setting for outdoor activities and relaxation.

Your safety and experience is our utmost priority. As the owner occupies the duplex, you can enjoy the peace of mind knowing that any concerns will be promptly addressed. Rest assured, we understand the importance of giving our guests the space they need to fully enjoy their stay. The unit comfortably sleeps six guests, although one of the bedrooms is on the smaller side. Regardless, our property is meticulously clean, well-maintained, and complemented by a beautifully landscaped yard.

Stayed with my sister and brother for a middle aged reunion. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The space was perfect for us. Fun decor and the beds were amazingly comfortable. We used the well-stocked kitchen for breakfast and lunches. Loved the proximity to the park for jogging and long walks in the morning, and easy access to all parts of Nashville. Jason was incredibly helpful with local recommendations and attending to small details. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time and the host was very accomodating and helpful. We had a time getting into Nashville due to the ice storm but our host guided us in safely. Very grateful for the host and their hospitality, making this a successful vacation despite unprecedented snowy/icey weather. We were able to sled nearby and enjoy the area even though alot of businesses/attractions were closed due to the weather. This vacation brought our family closer together and we are thankful for all the host did to help make that happen. Very fun and enjoyable house.

Host went above and beyond to make sure my family and pets were comfortable. Has great amenities in the house if you are a family...tons of board games, an arcade, cards, etc. Lastly, home is on a beautiful part of Nashville. Just minutes from broadway, overlooks downtown from a cliff side, and is in walking distance of bars and food.

We have been on the road for more than 2 months and have stayed at many VRBO properties. This home is BY FAR the BEST place we have stayed. The host responds right away when there are questions. The property is so clean and the decor perfectly represents the flavor of Nashville. We would absolutely stay here again. An added bonus was the 80s oldschool arcade games. I enjoyed playing Centipede, Pac-man, and Frogger.Highly recommend.

We loved our 3 night stay and we will absolutely stay here again if in Nashville. Cute decor, clean, and nicely outfitted with kitchen and bath items. Cards, board games, and a nice tv were all welcome features for family time together. We walked the trail at nearby Shelby Park. The location is easy access to all the attractions of Nashville. Good communications with the host, and really appreciated the host notifying use of an item left behind and mailing it to us. Hope you won’t need that service lol.

Such a gem!

Jason has a wonderful home to offer. We would stay here again! We had two kids, two adults and a small dog and it was plenty of space for everyone. The decor is flawless, location is great, everything was extremely clean and Jason was willing to help with any recommendations to make the best stay. Extremely responsive.

Perfect Nashville house!

We would stay here again anytime we travel to Nashville! The decor was so cute, arcade game is fun, house was clean, close to downtown, comfortable beds, and free street parking. Host was very nice and accommodating.

Wonderful stay!

This is such a cute and fun house. The decor is AMAZING (even better than it looks in pics). It had all of the top three things I look for in a rental: Great location, extreme cleanliness, and comfy beds. Jason was fabulous with communication and we felt very safe parking along the street and walking our little dog to the nearby park. We will definitely stay here again!

Fun Birthday Getaway
