This was a wonderful place to stay. The upstairs tenants were a bit noisy, but the sound machine located in the bedroom served its purpose well. Great location and even larger than I expected.

The condo was very nice and clean! But it also didn't feel boring. It was just us and another couple but we liked having the space to cook, drink, and play cards and not feel cramped before we got an Uber to the bars. Ubers were easy to get and cheap too since you're close to downtown. Parking was also super convenient so it was easy to drive ourselves around the city during the day. No complaints, would stay again!

Great area, close to everything

Took a lot of time to search out the perfect place for an old guys reunion. This place was where I landed and boy am I glad. The neighborhood had everything we needed, coffee shop across the street, brewery not much further, and restaurants and bars within walking distance. Our host was the best, answering all of our questions in a very timely manner. The accommodations were exactly as advertised, modern, clean, with everything you need for your stay. Hit broadway twice and it takes 10 mins or less by car. Again, perfect location, would stay again if in the area.

We enjoyed our stay and especially liked the coffe shop across the street. The furniture/seating was fine but suits younger people more than 60+ year olds with back issues. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare meals.

Loved our stay!

The hosts are amazing - they kept in contact before our visit with a ton of information about the area listing things to do and restaurants. It was really helpful to plan our trip. They also checked in right after check in to make sure things were ok and again after checkout. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The location was a short Uber ride to Broadway and area breweries. I would definitely stay again!

My sister, high school friend, and daughter came to see my oldest daughter perform at the Ryman with Grace Potter. The condo was really neat and perfect for our group. It was located near the Ryman and there were neighborhood places to eat. Parking was easy and access was easy.

Great Property, Great Service, Great Location!

Three of us stayed here for two nights as a stop on a girls roadtrip. We only booked a day or two in advance because it was a last minute decision to spend a full day in Nashville on our way to Florida. We were so glad that we stayed here instead of a hotel! The property looks just like it does in the photos. It’s clean, modern, and very comfortable. It’s in a cute neighborhood with a great coffee shop across the street. It was just a short Uber to Broadway—less than 10 minutes. There is a well-lit parking lot and an elevator. I was very impressed with the service! The host checked in with us each day and was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!
