Located just 8 minutes from the vibrant Broadway district, these homes serve as ideal bases for exploring Nashville's renowned music scene, culinary delights, and cultural landmarks. The floor layout for each home:
LEVEL ONE
The first floor features a one-car garage, a living room, a kitchen, and a half-bathroom.
LEVEL TWO
The second level features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite bathroom to the primary bedroom
LEVEL THREE
The third level features a large lounge area with seating and a wet bar. The alcohol shown in the pictures is not included in the rental. The lounge includes a futon. Sliding doors lead you to our rooftop, which features a putting green, stunning city views, and ample seating.

Jake and Stay Music City is local to Nashville and available as needed. We offer 24/7 customer support via phone and/or text message to assist you before, during, and after your stay. After the reservation is confirmed, the primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement on behalf of their group.
Located across the Cumberland River from downtown Nashville is the stomping ground of Nashvilleâs creative class, attracted to the areaâs culturally diverse and eclectic vibe and historic homes dating back to the early 1900s. In the early aughts, East Nashville helped put Nashville on the map as a culinary destination with beloved restaurants like Margot Cafe & Bar and Joyland, a reputation the neighborhood maintains today. Locals frequent the many dive bars, craft cocktail joints, coffee shops, and vintage stores sprinkled throughout the neighborhood. Some of our favorite local spots are Retrograde Coffee, East Nashville Beer Works, Redheaded Stranger, Shugga Hi Bakery & Cage, & Top Golf!
Nashville is an Uber/Lyft-friendly city. We don't recommend using public transit options and suggest guests bring their own vehicle or use ride-share services. Generally, you're "10 minutes from everywhere" in Nashville. We encourage guests to lock their vehicles and use appropriate safety measures, regardless of their location within the city.

Any evidence of unregistered pets in the house or on the property will result in a $250 fine. Service animals are not considered pets and are not subject to the pet fee (with appropriate documentation); however, emotional support animals are considered pets.

Any indication of smoking within the house will result in a $250 fine.

We welcome pets but require prior information about all pets staying on the property. An additional $100 cleaning fee per pet will apply. Standard check-out time is 10 AM. Please take out the trash and start the dishwasher before locking the door on your way out. Also, remember to double-check for your chargers, headphones, and other personal items before leaving. Our housekeeping staff will greatly appreciate your help! Late check-out options are available at 12 PM for $50 and at 2 PM for $100.
EXCESSIVELY DIRTY UNITS
Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left in an unusually messy state. Please treat the property with care, as you are responsible for any damage caused.
