Experience Nashville in this new home with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. You`ll be just 5 minutes away from Broadway and Nashville`s Downtown core, where you`ll discover all the best attractions in Music City! This new home has it all and is beautifully decorated with designer finishes. You`ll enjoy a beautiful large open floor plan living and dining space, and a complete kitchen. There is a two car garage for parking plus additional driveway space. The rooftop includes a FIREPLACE!

Bed Layout: Two Downstairs Bedrooms with King Beds and Full Hall Bath, Upstairs Primary bedroom with King Bed and large ensuite bath. Two additional Upstairs Bedrooms with King Beds and Full Hall Bath. Queen size Folding Floor Mattress for common area and sleeper sectional in first floor Living area. Half Bath off 3rd Floor Rooftop area.

Credit Card Processing Fees are non-refundable.

Guests have access to the entire private home and attached two car garage. There is a smart lock with unique code for each stay, as well as security system and entry cameras.

Your host is available by message or text throughout your stay.

House was clean and spacious. There were six of us and we all had our own space. Very close to down town. Nice rooftop area to hang out. The only negative thing I can say is the "fire place" up on the rooftop did not work. Would stay there again if ever back to Nashville.

Our 1st Nashville Visit!

The house looked exactly as the website pictures. It was very nice and very spacious. We loved it. Unfortunately we were unable to utilize the rooftop because the evening we had downtown it rained a bit. The only thing it would be nice if the kitchen was stocked with a few spices to cook with. Other than that I would definitely recommend this place! They were easy to contact too.

Overall good experience

Though located on the fringe of an iffy neighborhood, we never felt unsafe. The location is great -- only a short Uber ride to Broadway and restuarants. The house is well appointed and offers plenty of space. Our only complaint was that we weren't told about an alarm system, and when we entered the property, the alarm went off. We didn't have the code to disarm it, and we had to call the property manager. Be sure to ask about the alarm code when they send you the check-in instructions.

Nicely decorated home/questionable neighborhood

We were a group of Daughters and Daughter-in-laws with their Mothers. It was a lovely trip and we thoroughly enjoyed the roominess of this home. We did have a few hiccups that we resolved on our own. The towels provided for us were extremely musty smelling and we had to rewash them in order to use them. The ironing board was broken and we had to lay it on a bed to use it. The hand soaps provided were extremely tiny, they could use a size increase. Not every bathroom had a bath mat. Beyond these issues the house was decorated quite nicely! Very roomy!! The location was not great. It’s located in a questionable neighborhood.

Fabulous stay

Great house and space! Could use a tv in the bedrooms and dresser or something to place items in the bedrooms. Thought this was more walkable to downtown broadway. The area is sketchy, wouldnt walk around alone,but never felt threatened. Over all great space!

Nashville Cutie

This place was perfect for our group. We were able to spread out and have our space but gather in the living area and on the roof top deck. It’s close to Broadway. The host was great. Always available when we had a question. We would highly recommend if you are traveling to Nashville with a group.

Great house!

Laura was great to work with - very responsive! The house seems newly remodeled and everything is modern and beautifully decorated. The layout is spacious and we never felt on top of eachother. The only recommendations we had are - bigger couch in living room (like a sectional to allow more comfy seating, or some yogibo’s). There was also no dish sponge or dish soap/cleaning spray - and with a glass top dining table it got pretty smudged up so that would have been nice. Minor recommendations though! Neighborhood isn’t the best but certainly didn’t ever feel unsafe. Quick Uber rides to downtown! Overall highly recommend!

Convenient and Good Value

The place was nice and new on the inside and close to downtown. We used Uber to shuttle around. Neighborhood is more transitional which made a few wives a bit nervous but we didn’t have any problems.

Lots of room, clean and close to everything

Close to everything short Uber rides and very inexpensive. The area you can tell is incoming going through some renovations projects that we didn’t mind, we weren’t there much. When we did get to the house after being out all day, the house was fantastic.! We had five couples plenty of room and congregated in the kitchen mostly. Love that we had an alarm and everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a great stay!

The Place was perfect

The place was exactly as described, recently renovated or built and close to everything. The only glitch we had was that we never received the check In instructions and the host was non responsive as we got in on a late flight. We had to book a hotel room. Once the host responded in the morning all was well.

40th birthday celebration

Came here with the family for my sisters 40th. The house was so much bigger than we anticipated. There were 10 of us who stayed and there was more than enough space for all of us. The house was clean and tastefully decorated, the only downside was the neighborhood. There was nothing fishy going on around us, but the area surrounding the house was pretty rundown.
