By combining two 3 bedroom apartments together with seamless flow between the double doors which remain open, you get to double your living space & receive the benefit of 2 private balconies, 2 large kitchens, both fully stocked & equipped for any of your cooking or pre-outing needs!

With 6 large bedrooms & a total of 20 beds to choose from, your group of up to 20 people will find the perfect bed arrangement!

Custom themed & designed where one half of the space features country music's greats from the first 2 decades of the 2000's, & the partnering side showcases the rising stars of the latest generation of country artists. Surround yourself with the music city vibe as you relax & unwind after line dancing or bar hopping around broadway, and don't forget to snap yourself some epic selfie's with our 2 incredible murals that help show the world where you've been!

We take coffee seriously here too, so enjoy whichever type of brew you prefer by selecting from our standard drip coffee makers, our pour over, Keurig, French press or even an espresso machine!

In addition to this spacious condominium, the building itself has some common area features that all guests can utilize. These include a modest fitness center (small work out room), a large rooftop terrace with outdoor seating and lighting, and an elevator to transfer between floors. This is a controlled access building with digital security locks on all entryways. This unit comes with 5 reserved parking spots in the parking lot behind the building.

We are located a short 10 minute Uber ride from downtown Broadway and all of Nashville’s famous honky tonks. The airport is approximately 15 mins drive and venues such as The Grand Ole Opry, The Opryland Hotel, The TN Titan’s football stadium, Nashville Predators hockey arena, Top golf and more can be reached in 5-10 mins.
