Welcome to your Nashville headquarters, a unique combination of two separate, non-attached condos designed to comfortably host up to 16 guests. These bright, welcoming, and attractively decorated spaces are perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring Music City. The property features a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms.
Bed & Bath Configuration:
*Unit 1*
* Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed with an en-suite Jack-and-Jill bathroom and walk-in closet.
* Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed, 1 Bunk Bed (Twin over Full), with an en-suite Jack-and-Jill bathroom and walk-in closet.
*Unit 2*
* Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed with an en-suite bathroom.
* Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed, 1 Bunk Bed (Twin over Twin), 1 Twin Trundle Bed, with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet.
Access:
Guests will have full and private access to both entire condos. This includes all common areas, living rooms, fully equipped kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, and back porches. Convenient, reserved parking is available for up to four vehicles in uncovered spaces directly within the complex.
Interaction:
We value your privacy and aim to provide a seamless, uninterrupted stay. While we will not be present on the property, we are readily available and responsive via the booking platform messenger if you have any questions or need assistance during your visit.

* Two Separate Units: Please be aware that this listing is for two separate, non-attached condo units.
* Noise Potential: The condo is located near railroad tracks and the airport, so you may experience some related noise during your stay.
* Shared Walls: This is a condo complex, and our unit shares one wall with an adjoining condo. You may occasionally hear creaks from the floor or water running through pipes.
* Decorative Fireplace: The fireplace is for ambiance only. Please do not burn anything in it.
* Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) to begin your stay. Guests are responsible for any additional items needed.
* Liability: All listed amenities are to be used at the guestâs own risk. The homeowner is not liable for any risk, danger, injury, or damages.
Additional Rules:
* NO SMOKING anywhere on the premises, including the back and front patios.
* Bunk Bed Safety: For your safety, please adhere to the weight limits: 250 lbs. on the lower bunk and 200 lbs. on the top bunk.
* Climate Control: The A/C is set to not go below 68°F in the summer, and the heat is set to not go above 72°F in the winter.
* Check-Out: Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate late check-outs due to our cleaning schedule.
* Parking: Please only park in the 2 reserved spots (same number as the condo unit) and the visitor spots. No campers or RV's are permitted to park in the complex (per HOA rules).
* Please do not eat in any of the beds.
* Makeup removal wipes are provided; please do not use the towels and washcloths to remove makeup. There will be a charge for any additional cleaning required for stained towels.
* Booking guests must be at least 21 years old.
* Booking Restrictions: We do not allow local residents to book homes. A local resident is defined as any guest whoâs primary residence is located within two (2) hours of the rented property. All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
* Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.
