TWO neighboring 4-bed/4-bath townhouses w/stunning rooftop views! Perfect for large groups, business retreats, or multi-gen family getaways. Each space has fully equipped kitchens, luxurious beds, hotel amenities, & smart TVs. Located just minutes from downtown, $5-$10 Uber/Lyft to Broadway. 1 Mile from Top Golf! Ideal for groups seeking individual space, with the option to designate one house as the quiet retreat & the other for lively gatherings or however you choose!
The Space:
Each (adjacent) townhouse is three floors along with two rooftop patios! There are enough beds for large groups and families of up to 20. The kitchens have all new appliances and are stocked with cooking supplies, dishes, and coffee makers. The living rooms are very spacious and equipped with large TVs, perfect for watching big games or spending time with your group during your stay. These townhouses are centrally located and a quick Uber/Lyft ride to wherever you want to go!
**PLEASE NOTE: Absolutely NO decorations may be adhered to the walls, fixtures or furniture. Failure to follow this will result in a fine!

đ No Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside, or within 25 feet of the property. If you smoke outdoors, please stay clear of the house and keep windows and doors closed to avoid odors inside. A $500 fee will apply if smoke of any kind is detected in the home.
đ ïž Breakages We get itâaccidents happen! If anything breaks or gets damaged during your stay, just give us a quick heads-up. Weâd rather hear from you than find a surprise later. Thanks for keeping things thoughtful and honestâit goes a long way!
đ§Œ Excessive Mess The cleaning fee does not cover excessive mess. We truly value and respect our cleaning teamâ and we ask that you do too by leaving the space in good condition. We would never want our cleaners to walk into a disaster or be exposed to anything unsanitary or disrespectful. Please follow our easy check-out instructions in this welcome book to avoid additional fees. Thanks for helping us keep things country-cool, classy, and cozy!
â° EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS: Early check-in or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit. The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, we can block it off for you at half the price. Same goes for late check-out, if there is no one booked the night of your check out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price.
đ§łLuggage Drops are NOT ALLOWED! We highly suggest Luggage Hero, Stow Station, or other luggage lockers around the city!

The Neighborhood:
Located in Nashvilleâs newest up-and-coming neighborhood. Very close to many bars, restaurants, grocery stores, liquor stores, fitness & shopping. Only a short Uber to Marathon Village and popular destination neighborhoods The Gulch, 12 South, midtown and less than 3 miles from Bridgestone Arena and the honky-tonks of Broadway
Getting Around:
Our home comes with a single car garage, and free on-street parking. Lyft and Ubers are both readily available and very cheap options to get wherever you'd like to go!
Other Things to Note:
** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!
**Please note: Guests who stay 3 weeks or longer will incur an additional cleaning fee of $400. This is NOT included in the pricing you see, but will be an additional add-on fee!
Interaction with Guests:
We pride ourselves on responding as quickly as possible to our guests. We also have the capability of providing add-on optional concierge services by request, and can facilitate anything from a stocked refrigerator to in home chefs. We are off-site but on-call!
