Overall it was okay. There were issues with the shower being too hot, but the maintenance man was very nice and explained the issue. One of the matresses was very worn out and not comfortable. We also would have liked to know in advance that this was a duplex.

Not Horrible, Not Great

I initially chose one property based on pics, but ended up in a totally different unit. Location was great but property was not cleaned properly and outdoor area was a real mess. Grounds were not properly maintained at all. There was long grass everywhere with overgrown bushes and wooded areas which created a tick haven. Back deck was nice to have and the grill would have been great if it wasn’t rusting and falling apart. The roof looked to be a complete mess and the gutters had weeds growing out of them. Inside would have been fine except we found dirty silverware/utensils in drawers, uncleaned grater, and an entire load of unwashed dishes in dishwasher. For what it’s worth, the place was close to the ocean so the location was great. But if they’re charging a premium price, which they did, the house should be maintained properly as well.

Great family stay

Being able to rent multiple homes with a shared private yard was wonderful. Grill did not work well and could use a couple more plans but overall property was great for a beach vacation!

Overall, our stay was great. Lee, the managing agent was excellent. She was very responsive and attentive to a couple of minor issues we had. The place was very clean. The only negative was that the house was a bit "worn". It is probably 1960s construction and together with the photos being a few years old, the photos give a "newer / fresher" impression of the house than is reality.
