Villa Red Wind is a brand new villa, with essential lines and contemporary design, newly built and for rent by the sea in Nardò, just a few minutes from Sant`Isidoro beach.
The villa with swimming pool and solarium, large outdoor spaces equipped with barbecue, automatic gate, is perfect for groups and families up to 10 people.
There are the most modern comforts: air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washing machine, iron and ironing board, mosquito nets, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, TV, kitchen complete with oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker.

A long avenue introduces you to Villa Red Wind, a brand new villa, just completed, surrounded by green lawn and large equipped spaces: a very comfortable structure where you can spend your vacations in Salento, under the banner of fun, wellness and relaxation.
The shapes are clean and linear, giving the villa a refined elegance. The pool area is framed by sun loungers to fully enjoy the energy of the sun and light.
The veranda, partly shaded by wooden canopy, allows outdoor dining by preparing tasty grills thanks to the brick barbecue.
The interiors of Villa Red Wind are spacious and cozy, with excellent finishes. In the large living room with pool view there is 1 double sofa bed. Next to it, the kitchenette is equipped with everything you need.
The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms, three of which are furnished with double bed and 1 with French bed. Completing the interior of the villa are 2 shower rooms, and a laundry room.

Villa Red Wind stands in the countryside in Sant`Isidoro, a marina of Nardò with all the main services, located along the Ionian coast of Salento. The villa is in a quiet area and is less than 2 km from the equipped beach.
The town of Nardò, with all its architectural beauty and services, is less than 10 km away. Other popular destinations for beaches and entertainment are very close, such as Porto Cesareo about 4 km away, and Gallipoli only 20 km away.




- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The garden is being finalized, so the external areas photos are temporary.
