Hestasja - Camera Quadrupla

Hestasja`s quadruple rooms are 4-bed mini-apartments for vacation rental in Nardò, 5 km from the Ionian coast and pretty little beaches.
All rooms are complete with bathroom shower and kitchenette, air conditioning, free wi-fi internet, mini fridge, microwave, hair dryer, TV. Daily rearrangement.
Pets are allowed. Breakfast included with ticket at the bar.

Quadruple rooms in the Hestasja complex are two-room units consisting of a living room with 1 double sofa bed, small kitchenette with mini fridge and microwave, TV and table with chairs, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower.
There
are two units of this type in the facility, one on the second floor and
one on the second floor, all accessible by stairs from the small common
lobby on the ground floor.
 
The surroundings of Hestasja in Nardò
Hestasja is located in Nardò,
in a quiet and fairly central area of the beautiful city with an
ancient history and a historic center waiting to be discovered. All the
main services are nearby: supermarket, newsstand, bar in the immediate
vicinity. All places of cultural interest are also within walking
distance.
The nearest beaches are those of the marinas of Nardò. Santa Caterina is only 6 km away, Santa Maria al Bagno just 7 km, but also very close are the beaches of Gallipoli just 10 km away, and the beaches of Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo, less than 20 km away.
 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Change of bed linen, each 3 days
- Tidying up of accommodation, for day
- Breakfast included from 08:00 to 10:00.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 15 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Not all units have balcony.
