The B&B has a total of 5 rooms, 1 studio and 1 two-room apartment. It offers up to 20 beds All solutions are equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi internet, TV and private bathroom.
The large garden is well-kept, with lawn, trees and equipped areas for pleasant outdoor moments, such as a playground, as well as a beautiful vineyard.

The
bed and breakfast with swimming pool is located in the locality of
Pittuini in the territory of Nardò. In fact, the facility is very close to Porto Cesareo, so much so that it is just 2.5 km from this famous Salento destination.
The nearest beaches are only 4.5 km away. The pretty town of Leverano is also very close.
Inside
the facility there`s an ice cream parlor, pizzeria and restaurant with
which you can make arrangements on site for half-board services.
 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.

- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
