The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. The dining area flows into a cozy lounge with an electric fire and Smart TV. Step onto the decked area to enjoy lake views, outdoor furniture, and the peaceful atmosphere of the adjoining Herons Brook Leisure Park & Golf Course. The lodge is all on one level, ensuring easy accessibility.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire lodge, including the decked area with outdoor furniture. Free private parking for two cars is available on-site. The surrounding communal lawns, woodlands, and Herons Brook Golf Course make this a perfect escape for nature lovers and golf enthusiasts alike. Please note, the lodge is accessed by a few wooden steps.

Please note that due to the proximity of lakes and streams, children must be supervised at all times. The lodge is designed for guests aged 12 and over. We kindly ask guests to respect the quiet nature of the nearby golf course. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed.
