Country Cottage

Located in the peaceful countryside of Nappanee, enjoy this charming little property which is less than 3 miles to the nearest town with grocery store, restaurants, live theatre and shops. The front porch is a lovely place to unwind and relax, whether it's after a day of work or play or then to sip your morning coffee, with the occasional passing of a horse and buggy on this country road.
Large living room with stone fireplace with gas insert. Beautiful dining area located next to the kitchen. Plenty of cabinetry and countertops for any cook. Prepare a home cooked meal in the kitchen which is equipped with an oven, stovetop, dishwasher, and refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, microwave, and kitchenware. Split floor bedroom plan with master ensuite featuring a double vanity countertop and jetted tub/shower combo. This bathroom comes with a hairdryer, complimentary toiletries and towels. Two more bedrooms on the other side of the house each featuring a queen bed and also a full-size bathroom. Thanks to the washer and dryer you can pack less clothes. Laundry detergent, iron and ironing board are a few amenities for our guest.

There is no smoking in the house or on the property. Pets are not allowed!

Very clean and comfortable house. Parking in garage very convenient. Many extras throughout the house, from snacks,ziplock bags, toothpaste and toothbrush, plenty of towels and disposable plates. Everything you could think that might be Needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, silverware etc. everything needed for a wonderful stay. It was very helpful to have the light switches labeled and a laminated copy of phone numbers, house rules and checkout instructions. Would definitely stay here again if back in the area.

The place was very clean in a good location for us. The owners realized that a backup generator may be needed for electric. We had a power outage and the only way we knew about it was due to my husband being on a sleep apnea machine. Within 1 or 2 breaths and the machine kicked back on powered by the generator. The hosts were very quick to response to any message that we left. It was just a great experience.

Outstanding Country Cottage

Our visit and stay at the Country Cottage was truly spectacular. The house was spotless clean when we arrived for my niece's wedding weekend. We needed good space and very clean house for me to finish her gown creation and her fitting. This house exceeded our expectations! The open cornfields surrounding the cottage gave it a quiet, relaxing atmosphere and i had time to sit on the pirch swing to enjoy the early morning freshness. The hosts were outstanding and answered questions right away amd offered help above and beyond. 1000 stars for this VRBO visit!

Quiet and clean

Excellent Value

By far, this was the best value I have ever experienced with VRBO. The host thought of absolutely everything, right down to napkins, paper plates, and coffee. The home was beautifully decorated - the photos do not do it justice. The people in the neighborhood were so friendly. The countryside in Northern Indiana is so pretty. I cannot say enough about our wonderful week in Nappanee, IN.

We couldn’t have been happier with our rental experience and the cottage. Very peaceful setting and we had everything we needed and would have been happy just staying put, but we did take in a few hours of the Apple Festival. We would definitely rent again and recommend to others.

My sisters and I loved our stay at the country cottage. It’s a beautiful place so peaceful and quiet. We had such a wonderful time. The home is very well kept and you can tell they take good pride in it. Weekend getaway

We came to the area to visit the Amish stores and restaurants. The rental was immaculate and it must have been recently renovated as it was beautifullydecorated. The host thought of everything you couldhave forgotten! You could see their little touches throughout the home: toothbrush, toothpaste, kitchen towels. I mean everything! The yard was beautifully landscaped. It was a joy to sit outside, watching the buggies clop by. The pictures don't do the home justice, come and see it for yourself. Plus at the price point it is a steal. What a gem!
