Vacationing at Westshore 1201 will feel as if you are at a private retreat tucked away from the rest of the world! Our condo provides even the smallest details allowing for maximum relaxation. The first thing you will notice are the incredible views especially from our lanai, the sunsets will never get old here! Fully equipped kitchen, open concept with all your essentials. 3 bedrooms that sleep 6 comfortably with a king in the master and second bedroom and a queen in the third. 2 full bathrooms one being an en-suite to the master with a walk-in shower and closet. The second bathroom provides a tub shower combo, all linens provided for you including beach towels. Beach essentials also provided including beach chairs/cart/cooler ect. A short walk to our gated communities private beach with powdery white sand, great shelling, and crystal-clear water.

Important things to note: All linens and towels are included; beach chairs, beach cart, beach umbrella, small cooler, and beach towels are also included! We also offer a private beach locker to avoid tracking sand in and out of our condo.

There is a 7 Night Min - Condo Approval Required Prior to your arrival.

Make reservations for Kayak rentals with the main office in the lobby.

Tennis Courts: September-May must make a reservation through the main office in the lobby. Other months: No reservations are necessary. No fee to play tennis.
