The resort is available for guests which includes the community pool, a tennis court, pickle ball and basketball courts, a deck for sunbathing, grills, and a gazebo with picnic tables! This condo is in close proximity to the popular Venetian Village where people go to dine and shop right on the water! This area is extremely breathtaking during the holidays as they light up the whole village with beautiful lights and decorations! It is also minutes away from the Mercato plaza, Waterside Shops, & all of the amazing beaches!

For disclosure, someone in the booking must be 25 years old to gain access to the resort. There is also an application that is required to be filled out for the HOA. This will be sent to you upon booking in an email and if we receive the application completed 30 days prior to check-in, we will cover the $100 application fee as a courtesy. If we do not receive the application fee 30 days before arrival, you will need to cover the application fee.
