Your dreams will become a reality when you stay at this gorgeous, recently updated four-bedroom, three-bath, canal-front home in the exclusive Conners at the Vanderbilt neighborhood and boating community in the heart of Naples. Enjoy canal access to the Gulf of Mexico, the shimmering sands of Vanderbilt Beach at your doorstep, and the Ritz Carlton, La Playa Beach and Golf Resort, and the idyllic Delnor-Wiggins State Park just minutes away.

The 3,132 ft2 home provides plenty of space for groups or extended families. The beautiful master bedroom downstairs boasts a luxurious king-size orthopedic bed and a spacious full bath with jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. The big and bright summer kitchen is loaded with sparkling granite countertops, extra-large pantry space, and a breakfast bar next to the open living room under a domed ceiling with a state-of-the-art entertainment system, bar area, and private office. Chill out and relax upstairs in two ample bedrooms with queen beds or the fabulous den and game room sporting an extra-large flatscreen, gaming chairs, and all the fixings. Both the downstairs office and upstairs den can be converted to accommodate up to four additional guests.

Excellent three week stay. They r very responsive to any needs or requests. Great location. First floor plenty of space to enjoy. Outside space wonderful. Kitchen very nice. Upstairs had two bedrooms with a queen/king. One bedroom has bunks. One bath upstairs. Another full bath downstairs. Not a big deal. Master has its own bath. Easy to beach and local restaurants.

Relaxing Getaway

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this property and received excellent service from the host team! The home was located in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful swimming pool overlooking the canal! The kitchen was well equipped with cooking and grilling utensils. We loved the modern home decore and the big screen tvs were perfect for watching the Super Bowl! It was located a mile from the Vanderbilt Beach! The Mercato shopping and dining district was a short 3-5 minute drive! We would definitely stay there again!

Fabulous Thanksgiving Stay

We rented this property for a family trip to Naples this past Thanksgiving. We were the first guests to stay in it since the renovation and were blown away. As soon as you walk in, you feel like your vacation has begun. The home has everything a family needs: a gorgeous pool and spa, a gourmet kitchen, an enormous master bed and bath, an outdoor barbecue, and a separate bedrooms upstairs for the kids. The property management team is just as impressive. Special thanks to Taylor!

Family Spring Break

Brought my young family and mother in law down from cloudy and cold Ohio for a week in Naples paradise. The house was impeccably clean upon arrival and fulfilled all expectations. The location on the canal and views out the back of the property are priceless. Lounging in the pool and spa while watching the boats cruise by was a favorite activity of our young children as well as myself. The kitchen was well stocked although we took advantage of the countless restaurants nearby for both doordash and dine in. The walk to the beach is exactly one mile and very pleasant through the park. It took us just over 20 minutes pushing a stroller. There is parking at the beach if you prefer to drive for a fee. The famous Ritz Naples is less than a 5 minute drive away. We found the upstairs bedroom/bathroom arrangement to be “unique” for such a large home with 3 bedrooms using only one bath; although the third full bath downstairs with access off the screened in deck was convenient. The downstairs office could be much better utilized as an additional sleeping area with the addition of a door and a sleeper sofa. The carpet was showing signs of fairly heavy use and a full interior painting wouldn't hurt, just an observation. Host provided beach chairs, wheeled cooler, and plenty of pool toys which we did not know and rented some of our own prior to arrival. We very much enjoyed our week in the Naples sunshine in this beautiful home and would absolutely stay here again.

Exceptional management staff

This home and property were lovely and conveniently located. Whether we went to the beach, out for dinner or shopping, everything was a short car ride away. We had kayaks delivered which allowed us to use the canals behind the house. Pool area is beautiful however during the time we were here (January) it remained mostly shaded all day long. The management staff at this location was exceptional. Responding quickly and efficiently to any questions or concerns we had. We had grandchildren with us and house was large enough to provide ample room for everyone.

Perfect location and relaxing family vacation

This property was perfect for our family! It is situated in a quiet neighborhood minutes away from Vanderbilt beach. The pool was perfect for early morning thru late night swims. The location is in close proximity to lots of amazing restaurants. We had our three children (19,19, and 12) with us and they each had their own rooms which was AMAZING! The only issue upstairs was the third bedroom didn’t have a door or direct access to a bathroom. The other two bedrooms were connected by a jack-and-Jill bathroom so one of the kids had to walk thru the bunk room to get to the bathroom. Even with these issues, there were no complaints. The master bedroom was very spacious with a ton of storage space for clothes. The kitchen was perfect! I had everything I needed to cook most of the meals and plenty of space to store the food we ordered. Instacart was our best friend. There were so many pool towels, inner tubes and diving toys which was perfect bc the kids swam multiple times a day. The house manager was so helpful and accessible at anytime. We felt very safe in the house as far as cleanliness goes. We would definitely recommend this house for a family getaway!

Great House, Great Location

The house was beautiful and conveniently located to the beach. The pool and multiple decks were amazing. Our only observation is that one of the rooms really wasn't a room. It had no door, no closet and no window shades/blinds, just a bed. As a result, there was no privacy and very bright in the room at sunrise. Although it was not that big of a deal, we were prohibited from using the garage. This house has a lot of potential!
