You will experience a Resort style vacation! Second-floor Lakefront 2BR/2BA condo in the heart of Naples - miles of beaches with calm waters and fine white “sugar” sand! Less than 8 min away from the beaches, shopping, and dining. Stunning condo located in the desirable centrally located community of World Tennis Club! Pleasant View, bike trail in the shades of green. Community within walking distance to the shopping mall and restaurants. This condo offers natural light throughout and is being offered great rental policies! This luxuriously 2nd-floor vacation rental condo boasts 1,100 square feet of living space. There are two elegant bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and two full bathrooms. The main gathering area offers living space, a kitchen, and a dining room.
Inside the condo, you can enjoy the modern furniture package that will surround you with welcoming luxury. You will find high-end finishes throughout the condo such as stunning granite countertops, 42" kitchen cabinets, and stainless steel appliances.

The spacious and open-planned living area has a large TV. There is also additional seating at the breakfast bar. When you are ready to rest your head at the end of your day, this Quiet condo ensures you will sleep in comfort

Great Stay at WTC!

We had an amazing time at WTC. Mila's place was modern and well cared for. Her communication was excellent. The condo had beach towels and chairs. It's a 5 min walk to the tennis courts and pool. We have already booked her place for next year. Great place. Great host!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at your condo very much! Location is close to everything -- shopping, beaches, historic Old Naples and Marco Island! Condo was extremely clean, beds were comfortable and towels and sheets were white and fluffy! My only suggestion would be to have a few more kitchen conveniences such as dish towel, aluminum foil and a baking sheet, for example.

WTC is a relax friendly community. Walking distance (20 minutes) to shops and sports bar. Excellent well equipped apartment. I needed easy access to the airport - a short drive.

Great

Host was very friendly and provided excellent communication. Condo was very clean and in a great location. Everything provided as expected (paper products, dishes, linens, etc.), and even some beach going supplies. Bed was firm (perfect for us). We had a great time in spite of record rainfall and hope to come back to this condo again!

Family Vacation- World Tennis Club - Mila

This was our 1st time here and to Naples. We loved it. This condo and the owner/manager were perfect for our family vacation. It is very spacious. The master bedroom is large with a walk in closet & master bathroom. The 2nd bedroom was perfect for 2 kids and there is a convertible sofa that could be used for a 5th person :-). The condo had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with the necessities, there were bath and beach towels and there was even beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys. The World Tennis Club grounds themselves were beautiful and very well maintained. The pool area was a great hangout spot for the day or afternoon after the beach. The gym, while being small, has everything you really need to get in a good workout. Everyone in the WTC community was extremely friendly. The condo is a short 10 min drive to the beach (Clam Pass). We would recommend Clam Pass Park/Beach. It was only $10 to park all day and the beach was beuatiful and they had outdoor showers and bathrooms that were extremely clean and maintained. Anything else you could need is basically within a 5 to 10 min drive of the condo (Walmart, Target, ice cream, restaurants, Total Wine, "5th Ave" Downtown, Etc). We do not even play tennis but if you did you would really be in heaven. I want to thank Mila the manager for being extremely accommodating and always making sure we had everything we needed.

WTC is great location

Fantastic location close to get to beaches or I-75 or shopping...really enjoyed that since traffic is VERY heavy in naples in January. Nice quiet peaceful community with nice pool/hot tub. Weight rooms are minimal and no windows and the lighting really needs replaced badly in teh weight rooms. There was some roofing work going on at the condo unit behind us the last week of our stay.

Perfect for our family!

The condo accommodations were clean and comfortable with tennis and swimming just a short walk. We loved eating at the pool side restaurant and enjoyed the overall small community feel of WTC. It is also very centrally located to area attractions. We will definitely be back!
