1st-floor 2-bedroom condo at Park Shore Resort, now featuring brand-new stainless-steel kitchen appliances just installed.
Park Shore Resort offers every amenity you could want, including an on-site restaurant, heated pool, hot tub, picnic area, BBQ grills, basketball, tennis & pickleball courts, & an exercise room. Perfectly located in the heart of Naples, youâll be within walking distance to great restaurants & shops, & just minutes from the Village Shops on Venetian Bay, Mercato, Waterside Shops, & of course Naplesâs famous beaches. A peaceful & centrally located place to stay.
**PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS A $115 RESORT FEE THAT IS PAYABLE UPON CHECKING IN, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THIS WITH A VALID CREDIT CARD**
***We would like to inform you the HOT TUB is currently not working and we do not have an ETA when it will be working again.***
There`s parking conveniently located directly in front of the building.
Wander around walkways and wood bridges directly to the lush tropical gardens and gorgeous waterfalls. Park Shore Resort is where you need to be for your short or long-term Vacation in Stunning Naples.
The resort offers free wifi inside and outside the units.
In the lobby, you`ll find 2 computers and a printer with w/internet access. In addition, there`s on-site, pickle-ball, tennis, a small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub, and 6 BBQ grills.
The resort`s prime location West of Hwy 41 (Tamiami Trail) is within close proximity to restaurants, shopping (Waterside shops, Venetian Bay), and famous downtown Naples, only 1 mile to the beaches. Art lovers will appreciate the neighborhood of ARTIS â Home of the Naples Philharmonic and The Baker Museum of Art.
The resort is approximately 30 miles/minutes from Fort Myers International airport (RSW). Free parking is provided on the premises. Biking/ walking to the beach is possible and Ubers/Lyfts or taxis are plentiful in Naples.
2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be turned into a King bed, please let us know how you would like it. Also, we offer Pack n plays or high chairs at no additional cost but you must tell us in advance before your booking so we can confirm and organize these items.
