Everything about this house was amazing! The location is just 5 minutes from the beach, and the size of the house and rooms was perfect. It’s very well maintained and fully equipped with beach towels, six bicycles, a large cooler, chairs, and umbrellas for the beach. The kitchen, patio, and social areas were spotless and inviting. Perfect Family Getaway in Naples

We stayed here to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it was the perfect choice. The home was exceptionally clean, modern, and spacious—ideal for a relaxing family trip. The neighborhood was peaceful and beautiful, just 5 minutes from Vanderbilt Beach, which made everything super convenient. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even better. The house had everything we needed and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We absolutely loved it and would definitely come back in the future. Highly recommended!

Naples Getaway

We had an amazing stay at this house. Traveled with the family to spend Memorial Day weekend at the beach and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. The house was beautiful and it had everything we needed and more. It is very close to Vanderbilt beach and it has tons of grocery stores and very nice restaurants nearby. The host was very friendly and even gave us a free late checkout. Highly recommend. Cannot wait to go back.

A New Gem in Naples

Wow, what a gem! We've stayed in Naples in the past but this was our first time in this area and in a newly-constructed home. Loved the location. The house is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance (about 10-15 minutes) to Vanderbilt Beach. We would also take the bikes to the beach. Mercato is very close as well. We've always gone to 5th Avenue for dining but discovered new favorites in Mercato, including an excellent coffee shop. The house itself is beautiful and well-equipped with modern furniture/decor and of course, all new appliances. We found the layout to be really quite spacious and comfortable for our party of 7. We especially loved the outdoor area for grilling and lounging after the beach. Thomas was an exceptional host, very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend! We'll be back!
