At the front, you’ll find 2 completely PRIVATE & EXCLUSIVE to you Pickleball courts enough for 8 people to go at it and enjoy the competition (Pickleball balls and paddles are on the property so no need to bring your own), an adjustable Basketball hoop to get your Michael Jordan or Lebron on, Pergola to take a small break and unwind with family and friends, and golf putting green to work on your putting game and get your Tiger Woods on!

The house itself has EVERYTHING you need for a family reunion, a couple nights with a special group of friends, or a multiple couple retreat in paradise. So many things to do on the property you will literally feel like you are at a resort, the ONLY difference is this resort is 100% PRIVATE/EXCLUSIVE to you and your group.

The backyard, on the other hand, is where the real magic happens. With a heated saltwater pool/spa, a big dining table for 10, a hang out/lounge area, sun loungers, umbrellas, corn hole, TV, and a grill to let your inner chef go wild.

We have a FULLY stocked & equipped kitchen for everything you need to enjoy brunches, lunches, dinners and anything else your inner chef may crave. It is also equipped with a Coffee maker, Coffee machine, Tea kettle, toaster, dishwasher, & so much more!

We have 6 TVs throughout the property (1 in each bedroom, 1 in the living room, 1 in the backyard pool area, and 1 in the garage).

The home has 3 bedrooms (2 with king size beds & 1 with a queen sized bed). In the living room, we have a pull out sofa bed which is queen sized. The property can comfortable sleep 8 people.

We also have an on-site washer and dryer so forget about the inconvenience of needing to go to a laundromat during your stay to wash your groups' clothes.

Throughout the whole home you will have blazing-fast WiFi & and freezing-cold AC to stay cool while inside!

Our garage is equipped with a Ping-Pong table, TV, dedicated work station, a weight bench, yoga mats, as well as a set of dumbbells to get your workout on, & AC to keep you cool on those hot summer days as well as beach chairs, umbrellas, kids beach toys, and all the amenities necessary to have a great time at the beach.

A quiet, private, and safe neighborhood to enjoy your days off, The Golden Gate neighborhood is one of Naples, FL’s most desirable places to be. The beach is only 12 minutes away, and the city’s center of fashion, dining, and entertainment is 10 minutes away!

2. We have one by the garage pointing towards the driveway.

When renting out our property, you have access to literally EVERYTHING on the property. This includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room/kitchen, the garage, pool/jacuzzi, pickleball courts, Basketball hoop, and the driveway. It is literally like your own PRIVATE resort!
