Wonderful stay in Naples!

This has been our third year vacationing in Naples, Florida! And this house has been by far the best yet! This house is perfectly located for walking and quick beach trips. The home was very clean, sophisticated and decorated beautifully! Thank you!

Home was beautiful and nicely decorated. However, the living room couch cushions are very flat and uncomfortable. Also, the patio cushions are soiled and uncomfortable as well. Both need replacing. Keys to front door difficult to use. Patio area needs a deep clean.

Reviewer Comments: We, Austrian citizens from Europe, booked the house for 3 weeks, it corresponded to the pictures of the listing.The amenities are great, especially in the kitchen nothing is missing to use and feel at home. There are a total of 3 bathrooms, the largest of them very large with additional two clothes storage rooms. In addition to the pool, there is a large terrace, partly covered, so you can use the outside table and lounge even in the rain. In the garage, in addition to 2 normal bicycles, there are electric folding bikes.Overall, we felt very comfortable and the house, generously equipped with consumer electronics (incl. Home cinema), very much enjoyed. The beach can also be reached on foot in about 20-30 minutes. Michael's prompt response was also striking, he always got back to us at short notice when we needed support.

This 3 bedroom home was very superbly appointed and perfectly situated within walking distance of Vandebilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need. Especially enjoyed the outdoor sitting area next to the heated pool and lanai. Lots of privacy and quiet respite. The beach chairs, umbrella, bikes and coolers were a great addition. Property management was A+. Hope to be back again next year!
