Welcome to your perfect vacation getaway! This recently renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath rental home is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay near the beach.

Step into the spacious living room that is perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your group. Gather in the dining area, which has plenty of seating for everyone.

The bedrooms are all comfortable and inviting. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the two guest bedrooms have queen-size beds and share a bathroom.

One of the best features of this vacation rental is the private heated pool, which is perfect for a refreshing swim any time of day. Not to mention the fully fenced backyard, perfect for 4 legged friends. The screened-in patio is an excellent place to relax and soak up the Florida sunshine. We reserve a home every Christmas and New Year week and have our grown children and grandchildren join us whatever days they can.This was by far the best vacation we’ve had. It had plenty of room, looked exactly as it was represented in the pictures and allowed us all to have our own space while creating family memories! The host was great, very good communication. It was all so easy!We spent time every day in the heated pool and either biked to the beach or drove to the state park nearby to walk the beaches.I can’t recommend this enough!

I’ve stayed in a lot of rental homes and this is by far one of the best I’ve stayed in. Everything was perfect, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The property manager was great. Absolutely no issues. We loved the area and had a great time visiting. We can’t wait to return.

Perfect quiet vacation home

My sister and I wanted to take a short vacation and found this was the perfect place. It’s close to beaches and the neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. I would love to know what kind of mattresses are on the beds because I’ve never slept so well away from home! Soooo comfortable. The salt water pool was just the right temperature and a great place to sit by with morning coffee and a good book. We had such a great time and hope to come back for another getaway!

Great vacation in a perfect house

Very nice and clean house with pool. Ideal location. Short distances to the beach, Publix, shopping and restaurants. There was a large pot in the kitchen. A smaller pot would be desirable. Otherwise everything was perfect and what you need to be happy.

Charming home with great location!

Charming comfortable home. Cutely decorated. King size bed was comfortable (memory foam). Great small pool with shallow sunning area (would be great water play area for small children!) Nice screened in porch and completely fenced yard with pretty landscaping. Good location, near beaches and Mercato shopping area. Lovely home! Thank you!!

Perfect house in Naples!

Beautiful home that looks just like the listing pictures! Management company includes a lot of thoughtful amenities like beach gear and pool toys. The house was spotless and a welcome kit awaited our arrival. The location of the house was perfectly nestled in a quiet neighborhood a couple blocks from the ritz and Vanderbilt beach. We cannot recommend this house enough and cannot wait for our next stay!

Perfect family getaway!

This property was wonderful for our last getaway as a family of 3 as we’re expecting 1 more in a month! It was perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. The pool and backyard area was our favorite spot, our doggies enjoyed it very much too! Perfect layout and super close to great restaurants and the beach for beautiful sunsets! We had an awesome stay! Pool and yard where perfect! House was clean and roomy! Kitchen is well stocked - loved the screened in patio as well! It was a perfect place to stay!*** My only complaint would be - a dog bed and a dog water bowl provided would have been a nice touch! ***

House was in great shap. Thank you for leaving dish soap and laundry detergent! Pool warm too. Tried to wash all towels and dishes. Umbrella fell over in storm but was undamaged. Thanks!!!

Great house and could use some extra tlc

We overall, enjoyed our stay for a week at the house. Pictures do accurately represent the home. We had issues with bugs - the property manager did send someone the next day. That night we did have a cockroach though in the kitchen. Pros: accurate pictures, pool was great, linens and beach stuff provided (minus a cooler which we bought), property manager was quick to respond Cons: lawn people showed up for the first 3 days unannounced and came right into the backyard even though it’s privately fenced off and that felt intrusive. Bugs, deep cleaning in the house could and should definitely be done, had to buy lots of basics like cleaning and hand soap

Great Location to Mercado and Beach

Property is very nice. Updated with a very nice backyard. We enjoyed sitting at the pool, riding bikes to the beach and the short drive to Mercado for dinners. Pictures accurately represent the property. Would stay there again.
