Heated Pool & Outdoor Delights

The highlight of your stay is our oversized heated pool, enclosed in a large screened cage that allows you to enjoy the Florida sunshine while keeping pesky insects at bay. In the evening, bask in the ambient glow of outdoor lights while watching your favorite shows on the outdoor TV. Please note there is an extra charge to heat the pool and the charge varies by season please ask us for more details.

Amazing Vacation Home!!!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this vacation home with my family, and I can honestly say that I enjoyed every single aspect of our visit. The house was incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect time after our daily adventures. The pool was a fantastic, offering a great way to relax and have fun together.One of the highlights was the location; there are several amazing restaurants just 5 minutes away, making family nights out a breeze. Plus, the beach is only 15 minutes away, which was perfect for us!Our host was simply wonderful kind, accommodating, and genuinely lovely, which made our experience even more enjoyable. I can't recommend this place enough! I loved every moment of my stay and truly hope to return very soon.

Relaxing Escape

The house is beautifully decorated and spacious. Furnishings and appliances seem to be fairly new. The pictures do not do it justice. It was more than ample for our family of four. It could have easily accommodated more. It’s a split-level plan so we were able to spend time together yet enjoy our privacy. We enjoyed the pool and game room. It was just a 10-minute drive to Publix/Winn-Dixie in Marco Island and within walking distance to restaurants and bars. Plenty of space to park your cars in the driveways or garage. The host was friendly and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

Lovely Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay…home was even more lovely than the photos. Jonathan was quick to answer questions. Location is a quiet residential area with a few restaurants, we appreciated being close to Marco and a short drive to Naples. Kitchen had everything you needed and the remodel work had great upgrades. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again or recommend to friends.

Capri Islands Stay

Lovely home with a spacious kitchen and areas to spend time as a family inside and out. Accommodated 7 people comfortably. The pool was great and it was fun to have indoor activities too like ping pong. Location was ideal, within walking distance of restaurants and a short drive to Marco Island but in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

Fantastic find in Capri btw Naples/Marco Island

State of the art, beautifully renovated 4 bedroom house with all the amenities (pool, game room, lovely lanai, many TV's, very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect fit for our extended family experience - grandparents, adult children and older grandchildren and a dog! So much better and less expensive than 4 hotel rooms. Also, the owner was extremely responsive to all of our questions and so easy to work with. Highly recommended. Next time we go to the Marco Island/Naples area, this is definitely the place we will be!
