Cette maison est Ă  la fois confortable et trĂšs bien situĂ©e. Il prĂ©sente des caractĂ©ristiques de qualitĂ©, telles que des comptoirs en granit et des sols carrelĂ©s, et a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ© en juin 2019. Juste Ă  l'extĂ©rieur du salon se trouve un patio paysager privĂ© donnant sur un petit lac. À l'intĂ©rieur, vous profiterez d'une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e, d'un lit king-size confortable et d'une laveuse / sĂ©cheuse Ă  l'intĂ©rieur de l'unitĂ©. Il s'agit d'un condo au rez-de-chaussĂ©e dans une petite copropriĂ©tĂ© magnifiquement paysagĂ©e de six unitĂ©s. SituĂ© Ă  six pĂątĂ©s de maisons de la plage et Ă  seulement trois pĂątĂ©s de maisons de la 5Ăšme avenue du Sud, avec des restaurants de la 3e rue et un marchĂ© fermier hebdomadaire Ă©galement Ă  proximitĂ©. Le parc Cambier, avec ses courts de tennis et de basket-ball et ses concerts de musique hebdomadaires, est littĂ©ralement au coin de la rue. Gulfshore Playhouse est Ă  1/10 mile de la porte d'entrĂ©e. De plus, Crayton Cove et City Dock ne sont qu'Ă  quelques pĂątĂ©s de maisons. Il y a un espace de stationnement gratuit rĂ©servĂ© aux clients, mais vous pouvez Ă©galement profiter de tellement de Naples depuis cet endroit sans voiture! Immaculate Condo

This was our second stay at this immaculate Condo and just as enjoyable as the first. It has all the amenities needed for a good stay. The shops and restaurants of 5th Avenue are less then a 10 minute walk away. We particularly enjoyed the patio area, which was ideal for sunbathing, barbecues and watching the wildlife on the nearby pond. Patti and Bruce are great hosts. Would highly recommend.

Centrally Located in Old Naples

Had a lovely stay. Particularly enjoyed sipping coffee and reading on the patio. Excellent location near everything. Enjoyed the sounds of children playing at recess across the street. Well stocked with everything. Patti was very responsive and checked in with us to ensure we were happy with everything. Really appreciated the king size bed but it wasn’t as firm as I personally like. Shower is large with excellent water pressure. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Desde quando reservei Patti foi extremamente atenciosa, e nos forneceu vårias informaçÔes sobre Naples. Durante a nossa estadia se comunicava conosco e foi super atenciosa quando precisamos de ajuda, ela e Bruce foram prontamente nos auxiliar. O apartamento é muito bem decorado, excelente utensílios de cozinha (completa), sala confortåvel boa TV na sala e no quarto, também muito confortåvel e bem cuidado. Banheiro com bom espaço e ótimo chuveiro. A praia não é longe, caminhada de 13 minutos, e o apartamento possui cadeiras de praia, guarda-sol e 2 bicicletas. Essa foi nossa terceira vez em Naples, e seguramente iremos voltar no ano que vem para nos hospedar com Patti & Bruce.

We had a very enjoyable week at this immaculate property. The owner was very friendly and helpful and had provided everything you could need for your stay. Complete perfection

Patti is a perfect host and thinks of everything! The property is immaculate, the sitting areas so relaxing and the extras like beach bikes are awesome. Location is also fantastic! The stroll to the beach, dining and shopping is so easy. Patti checked in with us to make sure everything was good and offered fun options like the little market on Saturday morning. Highly recommend this stay!

Everything about this place was better than expected. It was charming, clean and very well thought out in terms of what anybody might want while they were there. I would highly recommend it to anyone
 Also a plus is the sweet little lake next to it, where you can sit in a lawn chair and look at the turtles, ducks, herons and other wildlife. Amazing!

Perfection

We stayed in this condo for 2 weeks (we stayed for a week 2 yrs ago) and everything was perfect. It's hard to believe that the unit suffered extensive damage in the hurricane because there is no evidence of it. It has been fully restored. The location is great for walking to the beach, or walking to restaurants on 5th Ave. S or 3rd St. The owners could not be nicer or more helpful. Their communication skills are fantastic and they respond to questions quickly. Reminded us about the Saturday farmers market (a must) and other events happening to during our stay. The kitchen has everything you'll need, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler come in handy, and the large private patio is where we had breakfast and late afternoon snacks. Can't wait for our next stay.

Special Naples Condo

Our experience staying at the “Little Gem” was outstanding. Patti and Bruce are the most hospitable people and take excellent take of their property. Patti met us at the condo when we arrived and gave us some great recommendations on what to see and do. The condo has been very recently renovated. The location was just what we wanted, an easy walk to the restaurants and shops of 5th Ave. and 3rd street. The beach was an easy walk as well. We hope to visit there again!

Great Location in Naples Old Town

We found this apartment (ground floor UK, 1st floor USA, no stairs) very comfortable with everything we needed during our ten days stay in April. French Doors from the lounge area open onto a large delightful private patio overlooking a small pond/lake. Loungers, table and chairs make this a lovely, partially shaded spot to sit in the heat of the day. The City Council had drained and cleaned the lake earlier this year and during our stay it was being refilled with water but was not yet completely filled when it will be even prettier; the ducks, geese, birds etc were a delight to watch. You have your own dedicated parking spot just outside the front door but the location near Cambier Park in old Naples means you hardly need a car as 5th Avenue South and 3rd Street both with lots of restaurants and shops are within a very pleasant stroll,. During our stay we met Patti the host , a lovely lady who has thoughtfully provided such things as kitchen and toilet rolls, Kleenex tissues, washing powder, toiletries etc. and she responds immediately to any queries . Two bikes are available to use plus beach chairs and beach umbrellas. The beach is just four blocks up the road and there is a lovely little park there also. What you see in the photos is what you get. The only slight negative is that there is some aircraft noise from small planes going into the airport particularly at the weekends, but this is the same wherever you stay in the central Naples area. We highly recommend a stay here and hope we will be able to return in two years or so. Thank you Patti we loved our stay Christina & John U.K.

The location, cleanliness, and hospitality were all outstanding - as advertised. Unfortunately, during our stay the lake/pond was being dredged by the city. We had a pump running right by the patio 24/7. We couldn't really enjoy the patio. Not the owners' fault, but the stay would have been much more pleasant without it.

What a great location

We enjoyed walks to beach, the pier, shopping and dining. There are free concerts at the park on Sundays. We went to Empty Bowls to support the hungry in the area. The patio is lovely. The city was dredging the pond next to the patio which attracted all kinds of birds. The owner, Patti, was most helpful and attentive when needed, even calling to tell us to shelter in the laundry area if a storm got bad.

Best Condo in Naples!

This is a perfect condo for two people who are looking for a relaxing week in Naples. It's located 3 blocks south of Naples' 5th Avenue, approximately 6 blocks away from Olde Town Naples and 8 blocks to the beach. We walked (or rode bikes) everywhere. We averaged 12miles of walking every day. We only drove the car once during the entire week. The condo is beautiful inside but the absolute best part is the large patio. It's roughly 20' by 20' and surrounded by flowers, palm trees, and bushes. It's very private and shaded. When we weren't walking/biking, we were on the patio. The hosts are wonderful people and very accommodating. This was our 2nd time staying at this condo and we will definitely be back!
