This is a great way to get another full day out of your trip and have an opportunity to prepare for your flight home at a relaxed pace. Please let us know If you would like this option, and we can check availability. You will be billed separately after you complete your reservation.

*For guests staying longer than a week, we offer a mid-stay cleaning

Additional rules:

~ USE - Use of the house is limited to the guests named on the reservation.
Maximum number of guests is 2.

~ DAMAGES - Guests are liable for any damage to the property during occupancy. If the home is left excessively dirty, additional fees for cleaning will apply.

~ NO SMOKING OR DRUGS - Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or drug use of any kind is allowed inside the house or on the property. If any evidence of smoking is found inside the house, additional fees will apply for deep cleaning. Minimum fine $500.00

~ QUIET HOURS - Please be respectful of others. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am.

~ CHECKOUT - Check-out time is at 10:00AM. If you’d like to request late checkout, we will do our best to accommodate you. Additional fees may apply.

~ MINIMUM RENTAL AGE - 25 years or older.

~ SHOES - Please remove your shoes when you enter the condo.
