Pros: nice water view, I saw a whale while on the phone with customer service.Cons: We were disappointed and left early due to non responsive management. My family stays in a lot of owner-rental units and understand the the character that comes with individual units- have never complained until renting this one. The unit was well worn, stained too-soft mattress, fleas, many owner items left around the unit that were not helpful for guests... a printer in the closet where a suitcase might go, broken shelves in the closet, lampshade etc crammed into the laundry. We got in late the first night and kind of dealt with everything, making coffee the next morning I opened the drawer below the coffee maker expecting to find coffee filters, but instead found a rusty can of bed bug/flea bomb spray and a bunch of tangled string. I had to scrub the coffee maker before using. The dishwasher rack was rusted through. I'm glad I had my tetanus shot.I complained to Vrbo who kept me on the phone half the morning and then to the management company KBM directly - they each pointed fingers at the other saying there was nothing they could do.KBM made false promises re bringing new bedding, removing owner items but it felt like they wanted me to manage the process while on my family trip. They were quick about changing out the dw rack. I changed the bedding and then had no place to put the old. They said they'd ask people to come by and remove owner items but never said when. Life's too short
