Stunning water views

Swim with Sea turtles right outside your door. Steps to beautiful beach. Quick drive to other beautiful beaches and town. Just perfect.
I never cook on vacation but I just had to here. Breath taking views while you grill. Spiritual experience!

Fantastic Property!

We had such a great time. This is a wonderful location. The snorkeling in the bay is so great and the access to the beach is just a short walk away. The condo was comfy and ideal for what we needed.

Fantastic Place

Beautiful location

Location is fantastic and views are amazing. With that being said there are a number of things that were disappointing with the rental. Furniture in living room is very dirty, including throw pillows. Cooktop is stained and dated, appliances mismatched. Shower leaks in main bathroom and has for some time as it has rotted a piece of moulding where the water stands. Garbage disposal was not working and was addressed immediately. We did appreciate the beach toys, chairs, and boogie board in the unit.

Condo was badly neglected. Furniture dirty, old bathrooms, corrosion and broken paint around master bedroom windows, faded paintings, no mats against slipping in the bathtubs, broken doors on bedroom chests, Have stayed in other Napili Point condos in much better condition.

Great location / OLD and dated unit

Aged / dated condo. Several things did not work, like cabinet doors not closing. Mold in the shower. Tile missing. Windows that did not open or close completely. Screens that did not close completely that let bugs in. This unit did NOT match the description. Expensive for what we got.

Quiet and great snorkeling

This unit is in a perfect location with a great view of ocean/whales/turtles etc. and great snorkeling at your fingertips. It appears some upgrades have been made and it is well appointed. Our only issue was with the AC in the bedroom. Management did its best to try to accomodate. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice enough place nothing special

Broken fan and light in living room had maintenance come couldn't fix to make usable. Message left said remote wouldn't work and we could see norther way to turn on. Window in master bedroom faces street, noise came in as they wouldn't close tight. Toliet in Master is so short had for my tall husband to use. TV, kitchen appliances all worked good. Pool area was nice. View out our terrace was perfect. Beds were comfortable for sleeping.

First time staying here and it was great. I was in the ocean everyday swimming with the turtles. I bought an underwater camera and took lots of pictures because there are a lot of turtles in the cove. Would love to come back and stay again.

Beautiful view!

We enjoyed our stay and loved the easy access to snorkeling right off the backyard of the property. The condo could use a few cosmetic updates (a piece of tile baseboard came off in the kitchen, lights flicker really bad in the bathroom, etc) but nothing that would deter me from staying here again. The neighborhood is close to things, but not very walkable as the windy, pretty heavily trafficked road doesn’t leading there doesn’t have a sidewalk let alone a shoulder to walk on, but we didn’t mind driving everywhere! The bed was comfortable, the AC worked great, the sunset view was AMAZING and the kitchen, washer/dryer and pool were all very nice to have! The condos were quiet, parking was super easy, and the management company very kindly accommodated an early check-in with really short notice!

It was fine

The condo was clean although ceiling fans could use a good dusting. All requests were expedited in a timely manner. They let us in about an hour and half early. Front door sticks along the floor. Master bathroom doorknob and door sticks and the vent fan didn’t work. Hairdryer didn’t work. Lanai had too much furniture on it. There was intermittent humming sound in the master bedroom and we never figured out where it was coming from. Washer and dryer worked well. Dishwasher worked well. One boogie board, 3 beach chairs, a cooler that had the wheels torn off. A/c worked great!

Great location, snorkeling, whale watching right out side your door! Nicely equipped with beach, chairs, umbrella, towels, toys, and boogie boards. Close to shopping many restaurants. Walking distance to beach and ride pools. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful view of the cove

Very nice updated decor yet room for your own stuff. Kitchen was stocked with all the necessities with room for food in the cupboards. Appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels that we used Every day. Lots of ceiling fans and two floor fans. My minor suggestions for improvements are to upgrade toilets to the higher seat style. Very challenging to use if you have any disabilities. Same for the tub/showers - should be changed out to showers.

Snorkelling with Turtles

Very comfortable unit with prime ocean view that is also directly into what seems to be the yard of at least a dozen turtles! Napili Point complex is a wonderful new experience for we travellers accustomed to usually staying in Kihei, offering a different perspective and a little “old Hawaii” vibe. Gorgeous photographic artwork decor and high-end guest products were noticed and appreciated, as well as lovely scented towels and the use of beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella. Perfectly equipped temporary home to grill evening meals on the grounds and enjoy eating out on the lanai. Thank you, we will be back!

Great Location - Lots of Turtles!

The property was really clean and a nice stay. The bay in front of the property was an excellent place to snorkel. Lots of turtles where in the bay each morning as well with calm waters. All in all, fabulous place to stay!

Amazing place and view!

This place is amazing! Overlooking a cove full of sea turtles with whales breaching in the distance, what a view. You’re a couple min walk away from Napili beach which is a great beach for body surfing (3 boogie boards provided) & relaxing. The condo itself has a good vibe. The beds are on the super firm side which isn’t for me but everything else was great. Side notes: There are BBQs on the property which was a plus. The snorkeling in the cove is good. No AC but there was always an ocean breeze to keep the place cool. The Sea House on Napili Beach has a great HH.

Beautiful Location

This was a beautiful location right near the beach and on a little cove where you can snorkel with turtles. The apartment was a bit outdated compared to our friends who stayed two condos down and had a completely renovated condo for the same price. We also found cockroaches on two separate occasions in our condo which was unpleasant.
