Exceeded expectations!

Usually the pictures of a property set high expectations but the reality of the house falls short. This house had great pictures (why we booked it) but the actual house was even better. Would 100% book again the next time we visit the island. Location was perfect for walking downtown and super close to the buses to get to other parts of the island.

So perfect we almost wanted to keep it a secret

After many years at the White Elephant and renting in Tom Nevers, we opted to secure a home in town this year. Our family, including our twin teenage daughters and their two best friends, embarked on a vacation that exceeded all expectations, thanks to this remarkable home. From the moment we stepped inside, it was evident that this house was something special. The newness of the home was apparent, and the attention to detail in its decor was nothing short of impressive. Every corner of the house exuded a sense of thoughtfulness and style that immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable. One aspect that stood out was the meticulous cleanliness that greeted us. It's not often that you encounter a vacation rental that sparkles as if it were brand new, but this house delivered that and more. The brightness of the space added to the overall charm of the house. Natural light streamed through numerous windows, creating an airy and inviting atmosphere that we all adored. And the location? Absolutely phenomenal! Being able to walk to town and enjoy the bustling energy, or bike to the nearby beaches, was an experience our entire girls relished. And for my wife and I, the quiet street and easy access to the plethora of nearby restaurants made our evenings delightful and stress-free. Even though we didn't encounter any issues during our stay, we had a few questions throughout the week, and the owner was incredibly responsive. We're now eagerly awaiting our return.

Loved every detail

We loved our stay in this beautifully decorated home in the ideal Nantucket location (5 minute walk into town). It was our favorite rental on our 3-week New England road trip. Our family of 5 had plenty of space to spread out and everything we needed for our stay was provided, down to stain remover, reusable grocery bags, and beach reads. The beds and linens are comfortable and beautiful. We would’ve extended our stay if possible and have already reached out to book again. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Perfect Nantucket home!

This is a very special home! The furnishings are amazing and the home layout is perfect for a big family. And clean!! You can’t beat in town location. It’s a 5 minute walk to the harbor, restaurants and shops.The property manager Theresa was always in contact with me when I had a question! I cannot say enough great things about this home! Absolutely beautiful!

The house was just as shown in the photos. The quality of the furnishings and finish-out was just amazing. We are all ready to move there! My husband, 2 daughters and I loved it. It was so easy to walk into town or bike along all of the nearby bike paths. We can't wait to return!!

Exemplary Cottage

The care, cleanliness and style of this cottage made it hard to leave. From the fixtures, small box of chocolates, phone chargers in every bedroom, coffee, tea, sound system, lighting, proximity to town made out trip too short. A couple hiccups with the owner in making the reservation were fixed by the manager, Theresa. Very very pleased.

Nice Nantucket Stay

The property is gorgeous. The cleanliness, linens were stellar. Perfect walking proximity to town. We did find, however, the neighborhood to be crowded in and a bit noisy as neighbors on 2 sides were having projects done. A couple of suggestions: written directions for use of nest thermostats, hot tub, etc. , upgrade kitchen knives, provide more than 1 key.

Perfection!

Stunning home, even nicer than the photos. Gorgeous decor and furnishings. We loved the Matouk bed linens, unbelievably comfortable mattresses and all the special touches, like the chilled Veuve Clicquot, local chocolates, flowers and soft music playing. The home is located on a very quiet side street and we didn’t need our car as we were a 5-minute walk to Main Street and even closer to the harbor beaches. Theresa made our arrival seamless. We just booked their last opened July week and cannot wait to return!
