This condo is a well maintained, nicely furnished home with a very nicely equipped kitchen. The complex is also well maintained as is the community pool. The location offers easy access to shopping as well as both local beaches and the National Seashore beaches on the northern end of OBX.

We enjoyed the condo. It was very clean with all the amenities. It was close to everything easy access to both roads. We enjoy the sunsets, especially in the sun rises. We would not hesitate to rent this again.

Lack of communication with rental office

First off, this location was difficult to locate. We were given a 15 minute "early check-in". Then we noticed that the refrigerator was not working and reported it on Saturday. We purchased groceries and refrigerator was still not working by Sunday. All of our groceries went bad. I called the rental office on Sunday and was given a run around. I called again on Monday and was informed that a new refrigerator was ordered and that we needed to be at the condo during the install. They did bring a cooler with ice but it was too late. I asked about being reimbursed for our groceries and I was told that management would need to approve. I have yet to hear back from management regarding our loss. We were informed that the office knew about the refrigerator not working the previous week. The condo is really nice but we are not pleased with the lack of communication with the rental office. Ruthie is the only one who assisted us and got us the answers we needed at the time. Also, we need to pay more attention to the check in and check out times. 5:00 PM is too late to report any thing that is wrong and check out at 9:00 AM is way too early. This was a rough start to a week of enjoyment.

Condo is well situated to explore the northern or the southern end of the Outer Banks. It is conveniently located with quick access to the beach and a quiet setting to watch the sunset (or the sunrise). Clean, well decorated and cozy.

Condo was fabulous-- sunrise views for morning coffee and beautiful sunsets to enjoy with a glass of wine. The unit was quiet, spacious and clean. Perfectly located to explore the Outer Banks and close to very nice beaches.
