Welcome to Aqua Palooza, a gorgeous semi-oceanfront home in Nags Head!

Located just across the street from the beach and offering countless amenities, you and your family will never want to leave once you’ve stayed at this gorgeous, centrally located beachside abode.

Offering 8 bedrooms, 4 of which are en suites, there is plenty of room to spread out. The top level offers a comfortable living area, as well as two dining areas that seat 20. The open kitchen also conveniently provides additional countertop seating, two dishwashers, and two cooktops. A half bath, two king en suites, and decks with ocean views can also be found on this level.

Head down to the mid level to find two more king en suites, a king bedroom that shares a Jack and Jill bath with a queen bedroom, and the den with a big screen TV. Two washers and dryers provide convenience for midweek laundry day.

On the ground level, the whole family will love the recreation room with a pool table, an arcade table, and a kitchenette. Two bedrooms with two pyramid bunk beds each share a Jack and Jill bath. A half bath on this level can also be conveniently accessed via the pool area.

The large pool area offers plenty of seating, as well as a hot tub and a tiki bar. Private pool is open from mid-April until mid-October. Optional pool heat is available during the months of April, May, September, and October for $300/week.

Aqua Palooza is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet fees range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.
