Enjoy the dune side community pool or swim and play in the surf just steps from the condo. Conveniently located on the second level near the stairs or elevator from the covered parking area.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.

The accommodations were just as shown and everyone in our family enjoyed the stay

The property was as shown and clean and a perfect for fit our family needs. The location was off the main 158 but literally one short block away to go in all directions on the outer banks, north to Corolla or south to Hatteras or west to Roanoke Island. Plenty of restaurants withing a 5-15 minute drive as well as grocery and drug stores, etc.

Nice beachfront stay

The VRBO was well situated and had great beach access. We had 2 couples stay there and both had plenty of privacy and a nice common area to share. Beachfront views were great. Close access to Outer Banks highlights.

Fall Vacation

We have coming to the Outer Banks for the past 12 years as summer vacation with our kids and grandkids. This is the first year we came alone, it was wonderful! The condo was so much more than the photos showed. It was so comfortable and had everything you could possible need during the stay. I didn't want to come home after 11 days, I could live there forever.

The Condo was clean and as described. The deck is large and very nice. Inside has plenty of space for people to spread out. My only negative comment was the trash pick-up at 3:30am 3 times during the week, very loud. May not be in the Owners control.

The condo was really great. Very clean. The beds were comfortable furniture looked great. The kitchen was great also. Loved the deck. Overall it was a fantastic place to stay at. Wished the weather was better. It didn’t stop us. We had a wonderful time.

The condo was exactly as advertised

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was immaculate and larger than it appeared online.

We could not have had a better experience. We were there the week before Hurricane Ian and the property manager was immediately responsive to our questions about the condo history regarding flooding etc. we eventually left early to avoid any weather issues despite no history of flooding at this site. If we come again I might choose to stay on the third floor for an even better view over the dunes but there was a nice view of the surf from the huge balcony. Thanks to the owners and property management.

Location was excellent. Only concern was ants and crumbs under furniture.

A suggestion would be to have extra kitchen trash bags. Fortunately we brought extras. If we had not we would have had to buy some for our stay. We would stay again. The condo was nice, easy access to the beach and pool. Elevator was a great amenity.

Wonderful convo for a family

This was the perfect condo for two families of four to spend a week at Nags head. The location was very convenient to grocery shopping and fun activities for kids and adults. Beach access was easy and kids really enjoyed being able to break from the beach/ocean and swim in the pool. I hope to stay here again.
