We travelled to OBX for the first time and brought our dog. The listing was as stated on VRBO and very clean and very well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. The yard was so nice for our dog. She loved it. The king bed was so comfy! The house was only a block and a half away from the beach. We will be visiting OBX again and plan to revisit this home.

Annual OBX Family Vacation

The property was described very accurately and was exactly what we were looking for during our stay. We had plenty of room and entertainment at the house which helped keep our kiddos entertianed. The location was perfect, just past Kitty Hawk, a couple of blocks down from the welcome to Nags Head sign. Plenty of food and entertainment immediately surrounding the house. The house was exactly as expected. We appreciated the provided starter items that we normally have to go out and buy the first day. The house was in the perfect location for the music festival we were attending at the nearby Ramada. It was great having the option to walk over for the evening events. I personally enjoyed sitting on the enclosed porch and painting in the mornings. Thanks for everything!

Location was good. Fence in desperate need of repairs- wholes that dogs can escape from. Shower in master bath needs new gasket on the door. Recommend plumbing the dehumidifier in the basement to control the mildew in the basement. The rods to turn the Venetian blinds gave fallen off.

Great location, fun house for everyone

Wonderful family friendly house, in a great location. In the midst of all the fun of OBX, and the beach 2 blocks away, it’s perfect for whatever you want from your OBX vacation. My teens loved that basement hangout with pool, cornhole and bikes. The family area has a well stocked kitchen to cook in but you are also close to all the dining options you could ask for. Outdoor shower is super convenient and there are plenty of beach toys, chairs, etc to entertain yourself and your kids. Good communication and easy checkin/out. Thanks for a great week!
