Tucked away on a private street in peaceful South Nags Head and just 200 feet from the beach, Blue Pearl is your perfect Outer Banks getaway. This beautifully maintained 4-bedroom coastal home blends comfort, convenience, and charm. Soak in ocean views from the sun decks and wake up to enjoy the fantastic sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean! You'll love sipping your morning coffee on the top deck while watching the dolphins play in the surf! To escape from the sun, relax in one of the Adirondack chairs on the lower deck while catching up with family and friends!
The top level living area is the perfect spot for a family get-together with an open-concept floor plan and plenty of natural lighting for that OBX coastal feel. Enjoy an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances that comes perfectly stocked to prepare a tasty breakfast, lunch or dinner! Get some peace and quiet in the beautiful separate sun room with gorgeous, recently installed picture windows to allow you to take in the stunning views of the ocean and maybe catch a view of the sunset while eating dinner. Make your way back to the additional king bedroom when you're ready to get some sleep after a busy day at the beach. On the middle floor, you'll find the other 3 bedrooms, each featuring beachy decor, comfortable beds, and fresh linens to ensure a great night's sleep. Step out onto the covered deck to take in a brilliant ocean view while you sip your morning coffee or wait for the stars to appear in the evening sky.
Blue Pearl also has incredible outdoor space including a covered carport, grassy side lawn, and ground-level sitting area so be sure to bring your favorite yard game for an evening of family fun!

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
