Grill up your fresh, local catch from one of the nearby fishing piers in the Grilling Area to enjoy together outside in the Picnic Area. Take a dip in the Private Pool* or rest your muscles after a day at the beach in the warm, bubbly Hot Tub nearby. And when you're ready to go to the beach, get the sand in your toes just 1-Minute North at the Baltic Street Beach Access. Inside on the Ground Level, you'll find not only an Elevator that goes to all levels, but a Game Room with its own Kitchenette with Full-Size Refrigerator to enjoy added time with your family. Take advantage of the Laundry Closet with a conveniently-located Washer and Dryer that ensure easy middle-of-the-week washes and quick towel fluffs to get you back out to the beach faster! Get some rest in the King Bedroom with an adjoining shared Bathroom with wide doorways and handicap rails.

On the Middle Level, enjoy your favorite beach read or a cup of coffee on the Covered Deck.
