Historic Charm: This is a lovingly restored historic home. Please be aware that the stairs are original to the house and, while well-maintained, are part of its unique character.

• Waterfront Fun: The home is located near the waterfront. To help you enjoy the waterfront location, we provide beach essentials (towels, chairs) for your use.

• Security: For your safety and security, security cameras are located on the exterior of the property monitoring the entrances.

This was the perfect house for our family gathering. It’s thoughtfully appointed and has a great layout. My family and I had an amazing stay at this property. The house was incredibly spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Fantastic Stay!

This property is perfect for enjoying Mystic. It's walking distance to everything and so charming. The hosts are so welcoming and thoughtful. There are starter amenties and it's as close to a hotel or bed and breakfast as you can get for comfort. We loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property! We had a family of 6 stay here and everyone was comfortable. The house was VERY clean and all the amenities were so helpful! Location was excellent and the homeowner was easily accessible and friendly. Definitely would stay here again!

Amazing spacious place nearby everything!

My friends and I stayed here for a birthday weekend and really enjoyed ourselves immensely. The property is beautiful, the location is literally perfect (2 mins walk to anywhere in downtown Mystic), and the host - Gerard, was really helpful and kind. Overall we will definitely be returning if we can!

Fantastic property! Extraordinary location in Mystic, clean, spacious, and able to easily hold our family group that came from 4 states. Gerard was very communicative and available to answer any questions.Our group mostly adults with 2 teenagers but I noticed at least 1 high chair, toys, games, and other available items which might be helpful for a stay with children.Definitely will stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is amazing and the location is perfect. We had 4 kids (ages 8mo-8years) and the house was the perfect accommodation. Easy walk to downtown with all the kids and a great launching point for other activities.
