Maximum of 2 people allowed. All guests must be at least 27 years of age. No parties allowed on premises. Pets not allowed. No smoking on premises.

Unit 3 is located on the second floor and offers the following layout and amenities:
- One bedroom with queen-size bed
- One bath with shower
- Living room with couch and 50" TV. Streaming and live TV is through Hulu
- Full kitchen including stove, oven, fridge, microwave
- Dishes, utensils, glasses, cookware, bakeware.
- Nespresso machine

- Air conditioning via window unit
- Off street parking

Guest access:
Guest access via keyless electronic lock.

House rules:
- No parties
- Maximum of 2 guests (no exceptions)
- We do not allow pets
- All guests must be at least 27 years old
- No smoking on premises
- It should go without saying, but no illegal drugs or marijuana allowed on premises.
